"Should we try to wake her up?"
"No need"
"But sir, she's been lying here, drenched for more than hours now"
The voices stopped and I could feel a chill running down my spine, the floor... it was hard and my body was aching but I couldn't lift even a finger of mine and it was impossible to open my eyes...
"Call the cops"
The police officers, right! They could help me return home... home?
"But sir, they'll trace you down if you take this risk"
"I know how to handle this, leave it on me"
"If you say so sir, I dare not go against you"
Wait where do I live? I have a home, but I just can't seem to remember it... where do I live at last?
"Leave now"
"As you say, sir"
It was freezing, and despite all of my efforts I couldn't even rub my hands to bring some warmth to myself, I wish I could move, but my body was so sore and all I could feel was the cold and the hard surface on which I laid
My head was aching as I helplessy heard them talked on, it was perplexing but slowly enough the voices ceased, it was dead silent and that was fearsome, I grew even more anguished... At the end I found myself craving for any word, any little noise or movement, I needed to know...
What was happening?
Silence reigned over but the chills stayed and it grew colder by each passing second, I could feel each part of my body in pain, and my muscles tensing up every single time the wind blew over me causing me further pain...
I tried opening my eyes for the Nth time and this time being a mediocre success, I couldn't see anything and it lasted for only few seconds. I was pain and I was exhausted, even lifting my little finger would hurt.
"Who are you?"
The voice spoke as I grew tired...
"What a burden"
A distinct difference between the tone, a third character was put into place and this time I lost my internal fight and drifted back to sleep.
