“When caught in the fire, always dodge and find an escape before you get burned.” The most wisest words his sister could ever tell him when he was a child stuck with him through his entire life. He never knew how right she was until he came across Bo and dated the dragon. Now, his ass was sure to catch flame, and he wasn’t sure if he would be able to come out alive in this round.

Swiftly moving across the large wooden table, he managed to dodge the lunge attack from Bo before falling completely off the side of the table. He quickly looked around to see if the leaders would put this fight to a halt, but eventually caught site of Satomi and Eric going at each other’s throat. Who ever thought that bringing all four of them into one room was a good idea was an idiot!

“I always assumed the man I once loved was a cladhaire. It seems those instincts were right!” Bo shouted out, calling Osiris a coward and kicking the chair closest to him only missing by a hair of ramming him with the steel object.

“Why isn’t anyone trying to stop her?” He mumbled, trying to keep his distance from her and moving off to the other room.

“Who will stop a dragon? Never you mind a very pissed off dragon!” Boadicea shouted out, inhaling a wind of sharp air then locking onto her target and releasing the flaming liquid. Or at least it looked like liquid with how narrow and whip-like it looked.

Missing by a long shot, he looked over to see a few drops of fire dropping from her lips and swallowed hard. What did he ever see in this beautiful death?

“Enough!” Shouted out Charles, standing tall by the other leaders.

Stopping mid-attack, Bo looked over to see the Elven lord and reluctantly quit her mission to burning Osiris before her. Walking away from him, she narrowed her gaze over to Charles and cocked her brow impatiently. “Enough of what?”

“The fighting, Bo.” Charles explained. “Please, everyone, have a seat.”

Exhaling a steam from her nostrils, she took the seat closest to Sevastian. If anyone in this room was tolerable, it was the hybrid vampire lord. Following in suit, the other assassins took their seats. Satomi and Eric sat across from each other, shooting threatening glares at one another, and Osiris sat closer to the wolf lord - away from Bo.

He barely escaped with his life. Swallowing his fear, he kept his eyes away from the dragon as he looked over to Charles. Maybe with the news they have to say will keep the heat off him for a moment longer.

Clearing his throat, Xavier finally stood up and looked at the four new guests in his home. “Lord Katsu Hideyoshi is missing, as well as the Protector.”

“What?” Bo exclaimed, rising to her feet and fuming steam out from her lips and nostrils. “What happened?” She demanded.

Osiris finally looked over and noticed an emotion he never thought possible from the dragon. No one here thought it was possible for Boadicea Dow to ever feel anything else but anger, hatred, and nothing else. But the emotion she was sending off was something that even made Osiris pay attention.

        She cared.

“Calm down, Bo.” Xavier stated, really hoping deep down she will obey.

“Do I not look calm to ya?” She asked coldly, staring daggers over at the human lord.

“No, you don’t.” Xavier added. “Right now we need everyone to not get upset and to remain calm. The life that we know will end miserably once the humans learn the truth of the order we tried so hard to keep! The last thing we need is another war and more blood to be shed all because of fear!”
