Chapter 20

Y/N POV

I woke up to an empty bed. Was that all just a dream or my imagination? It seemed real, was it real? I got up out of my bed and slowly walked out of my dark bedroom into the bright hallways. In the air I could smell what I assumed was pancakes. I stumbled down the stairs and saw Jihoon making waffles. Pancakes with abs. I smiled tiredly at him and he just had a giant smile plastered on his face. "Good morning N/N" I ruffled his hair "Good morning Jihoon" he smiled and continued to make waffles. "Did you sleep well?" I nodded and smiled wide. Seeing my reaction made him smile as well. I'm glad I make you happy. I put my arms out, indicating I wanted the biggest and PHATTEST hug. He took that invitation and wrapped his arms around me tightly. He was so warm and I was so cold. "You're so warrmmm." He smiled and chucked. "That happens when you make breakfast." He teased and I just pouted.  "Stop being so meannnn" He just laughs at me being a brat. "Can you let go? I don't want the waffles to burn." I sadly let go of him and curled up on the couch to wait for breakfast to be ready.

I was scrolling through my phone just to waste time and then the smell of waffles literally HIT ME in the face. I threw my phone down to see Jihoon with a plate FULL of waffles. "Here ya go y/n, breakfast is served!" He smiled at me sweetly and I snatched that plate of waffles like drag queens snatching wigs. My heart melted when I shoved 4 pieces of waffles down my throat. Jihoon just watched me and laughed at my pleasure. "You're cute y/n" I was mid shoving 5 waffles down my throat when I heard that statement. I coughed extreamly hard. Did he just start war? "what did you say?" Jihoon just looked at me and smiled. "I called you cute, you really are just adorable." The smile on his face didn't leave. It stayed. "i am nottttttt" I pouted aggressively and he just laughed. "you're such a child sometimes." I couldn't help but just pout. i'm not cute. "Nuhuh!!!!" Jihoon just laughed. He didn't argue, because he knew he was right and that I was just being stubborn. I finished the heavenly waffles and went upstairs to get changed. I realized I haven't heard anything from Pledis yet about my audition. When I finished getting dressed, I went downstairs and saw Jihoon on the couch going through his phone. "Hey, Jihoon. Have you heard anything from Pledis?" Jihoon sat and thought for a moment. His face scrunched a little when he was thinking long and hard about things. 'No, actually, I haven't. I have to go in today so I can talk to him about it then if you want." He told me. I sat in thought. 'nah, you don't have to. I was just wondering." I looked outside the window, it felt like it had been so long since I've seen the outdoors so clearly and bright. Big white fluffy clouds and a bright blue sky, birds flying around from tree to tree and just the flowers lightly being pushed by the wind. Everything looked so peaceful for once. For once I felt at home and content. Jihoon came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist. "What are you thinking about?" His voice made me melt, it always did. It always made me feel relaxed and secure. "How peaceful everything is. Isn't it just beautiful outside?" I felt him nod. "It is, it's very beautiful." I felt really happy in that moment. I didn't want it to end. I really hope it doesn't. I don't want it to end. 

Sup losers, sorry it took so long for me to update this story, i've been super busy and a lot of shit has been happening, but I hope you enjoy this chapter anyways.
