Chapter Twenty Six | Accidental Calls

"Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit," I mutter under my breath as I click on the notification on my phone screen. Suddenly I hear the bus door fling open as Daniel runs inside with his phone in his hand.

"Are you guys seeing this!?" He exclaims looking at me and the boys who were all sitting on the couches with out phones out in a hurried panic.

"Of course we are seeing this!" Zach claims.

"This is like the first time she's been on social media in months," Corbyn states.

"Guys shut up, I'm connecting!" Jack shouts with Jonah taking a seat next to him.

I look down at my screen as the livestream connects. Suddenly I see Noah pop onscreen. I almost didn't recognise her. She had changed her hair from what use to be brown, to pink. It was tied into a low bun with a velvet scrunchie holding it in. She looked somewhat tired, but also kinda happy to see all of the people joining her live.

All three million who had joined her live.

"Hey shining stars," Noah says with a small smile as she fiddles with the ends of hoodie sleeves.

"Wow, pink hair. It looks so pretty," I hear Daniel mutter. It was obvious that he really missed her. Noah closes her eyes and takes a deep breath before speaking.

"I wanted to come here to be honest about where I have been," she starts. Oh, I think I know where this is heading. I guess that it was about time that people found out the real reason as to why she left. Yes, it would make me feel like shit, but what happened happened and I can't run from that.

"Oh damn, get ready for the shit show you guys," Jack says to Daniel and I. I roll my eyes at him and continue to watch.

"Obviously I think you guys all realised that me and Daniel are no longer together. I don't want anyone to be attacked or hurt in this situation, but yes, he did cheat on me with Kelsey."

Instantly the comment section blows up with some pretty nasty things about Daniel and I. Others bring up that I must've cheated on Corbyn as well since we never publicised that we broke up.

"Things were misread and I don't despise them. I left LA and tried to start fresh here in Toronto. This soon failed and I fell into a bad situation with old friends," Noah continues. Comments appear with Cole and Arthur's names and she nods saying that yes, it did involve them. "I, Noah Faith, became addicted to drinking and drugs."

That didn't surprise me. Back in high school when I use to be with Cole, we would be out at parties 24/7, drinking and smoking till the next morning and then repeat it all over again the next night. But what pisses me off is that both Cole and Arthur knew that Noah wasn't in a good state of mind, and they took advantage of that.

They took advantage of her.

"It sucks guys. It literally sucks ass, being unable to control your decisions in such state." Noah then tells everyone that she isn't in a good state right now. She has realised that this isn't the path that she wants to be lead down, and that she's slowly bringing the Noah she use to be back. "Now please do not give hate to anyone for what I have said today. We are only humans and we make mistakes. I will remain off of YouTube until I can recover, and for now I guess I just hope that you can wait for me and we will seek this out together."

The comments then go crazy with people telling her that they're always going to be part of the shining stars no matter what happens, and that they are always here if she needs support. They tell her that she can take her time to recover and get herself back on track.
