The next day you woke up when you heard someone shouting, when you were awake enough understand the situation, you realized that they were your maids just fighting about stupid labors. You groaned and turned on your phone to see how was missing to your alarm to sound: Ten minutes. You just wasted ten minutes of sleep because your maid's stupid fights. You were a little bit upset but stood up and prepare anyway before your alarm sounded. When it did, you were already dressed. You stepped out of your room and watched your maids crossing your arms.

-Miss (y/n)! Did we got you up?- Said Choromatsu worriedly.

-Actually, you did- You said trying to sound angry.

-We are really ashamed, my queen- Said Karamatsu being painful as always.

-Why all the noise?- You asked.

-Well, your useless maids don't want to accept that I'm your favorite- Said Todomatsu winking at you.

-(y/n), tell him that you told me that I am your favorite- Said Choromatsu almost crying.

-We ALL know that her favorite maid is the eldest- Said Osomatsu.

-Why do you even care?- You asked.
-Because you are our favorite- said painfully Karamatsu.

-Do I have to choose?- You asked again.

-Y E S- They said at unison.

You looked at them and noticed that one was missing.
Ichimastu.
He was sitting lonely at a corner petting a cat with blue glasses. Not caring about the fight at all.
Then you knew what to say.

-Ichimatsu-you said making the rest feel shocked by the answer.

He heard what you said and lifted up his look to met your eyes. He was looking careless, but his eyes were showing the opposite with that sparkles on them.

You smiled at him, everyone was still in shock. He noticed that and his face was a blushing mess.

-Yep. Furrymatsu is my favorite maid- You said walking to the kitchen leaving them all shocked.- Choromatsu, please make me a coffee.

Choromatsu obeyed. Both of you were inside the kitchen alone. You were at your phone and Choromatsu was preparing the coffee.

-Why?- Said Choromatsu in a sad tone.
-Why what?- You asked.
-What have I done wrong?- He asked really sad.
-What?- You asked again.
-Why I am not your favorite brother anymore?- He said sadly.
-HEY, calm down. I picked Ichi because he wasn't fighting.- You said- I actually don't have a favorite. I just wanted you to calm down. But you didn't.
Choromatsu sighed softly in relief.
-So... I am still your favorite?- He asked.
-I have no favorite- You lied.

This morning, Ichimastu accompanied you in the way to your job.

You were so distracted that you didn't notice when he held your hand. Your fingers were crossed between his.

His hand was cold.
And yours warm.

When you arrived to your office, he gave you a kiss on your cheek and waved a goodbye to you. You waved back and touched the place where he kissed you...

"Oh God. I really don't want to give him false hopes"

You thought worrying.

Meanwhile, he was walking back home with a goofy smile under his face mask.

Inside the office, things were pretty annoying. Your boss asking you to make his coffee, to make his counts, to clean his desk... You were irritated. You wanted to launch his coffee on his dumb face, burn the paperwork and dance in the ashes. But you can't do such a thing.
