Next chapter is going to touch a very important topic that we normally forget about: self esteem!
Actually. I do have an awful self esteem, since I am not like people would like me to be. Physically talking.
And that really sucks!
Because I am an amazing person, a very nice friend, and an amazing hug giver ! I fought against depression, abusive relationships and bullying. I deserve to be loved at least by myself...
I wasn't aware of it after my ex boyfriend (a very cool dude) told me so. He said I shouldn't hate myself because is dumb to hate the one you are gonna live with forever. And that it was also blind to not see our own shine.
I deserve to be happy. As all of you do!
Because everyone is so damn beautiful in their own unique way!
If you want the world to love you, start by loving yourself. We all MUST have something that is beautiful inside or outside us.
I am so done of watching myself in the mirror and feeling the urge to cry because I am not as cute as my sisters. And I want to change that. I want to love myself the way I am. And that won't be easy, but at least I have the initiative.
I also want you to love yourself too. Because world is forgetting about how important is the self esteem.
So I wanted to write something that will cheer you up for the next chapter. Because you deserve to be happy. And to make it work, you have a homework:
Choose a favorite part of your body
It can be you eyes, your mouth, your arms, your legs, your hips, your waist, your eyelashes, any part! No matter if it is small or not common. If you don't like any thing from your body, please, I need you to look for one, to find at least something you like of your appearance. Because there is always something.
And if no one have told this to you today, I will do it: you are so fucking amazing. You shine in your own way. You deserve to be happy. And I'm proud of you ^^
You are a fucking diamond. No one can brake you !!
