He's got a pretty chill looking white and red hoodie (that can't cover his head.) And some racing gloves. When he drives he wants absolute precision. He claims he's a "master mechanic" and well he is pretty good. Handling and power-wise, but can't be the best, although he has his degree to claim himself as one. This is the street racing king of Australia, the first Euro racer to face. His suped-up Subaru is one quick hatchback.
He's quite snappy and quick to do things. But his downfall is that he can't really drive straight. Now don't be alarmed he's just gotten worse over the years of lacking a challenge...and his neck is long, so cut him some slack for his skills ok? He's a better tuner than a driver, but it's all out of a fun want. He's satisfied with his lifestyle and wouldn't ask for anything more. So this race duel should be easy. He will take you in a drag race and one street race. Beat him both times, he'll join your adventure. And he will take you and your cars to a tune-up shop with him and his buddies. Get you some new parts. But since you beat him he will let you grab anything or use any car accessories that you so like. But if he offers you a Tripple turbo set up, better say "Heck yeah!"
