Cardarnhoal, a suitable name for a British street racer, with money too. A 56-year-old Blaziken with a Fedora, black Bowtie, and pilot shades...at least that's his outside look. He only wears his bowtie on when racing. Instead of doing all the driving, he likes to walk around the city and take in the views of the old buildings and architectural beauty, than looking at a road all day and risking his old life for speed anymore. He never sees any evil in negative spots. "30 cops on you? You'll outrun 'em. Flat tire?
I'll get you a spare. Engine broke down? Gimme a wrench. Need a new turbo? Check the storage. Brakes seizing up? I gotta Jack." Very good plan B kinda guy, so he is super reliable on parts and an upholding personality. His strength is cornering only, but he likes to race on a track instead of a street, because "tHaT's DaNgErOuS". He favors the Oulton Park Circuit. But he will want a second run with drifting. He will take you to the Three Sisters Circuit. A potential racecourse for some wide and narrow slides. Beat him, your up against the champion.
