Here is your next target. His name is Jenson. A 18-year-old Pyroar with Slacks, and has left his parents, since he sees himself as an "independent adult"...but he still doesn't really take many things seriously. He lives in New York so you'll have to make a journey there and look for his Lambo SV. He's not a loud, stuck up racer, but more of a joyrider.
Once you see him, chase him around for a bit. He'll know what you want after a minute or so. He's quirky and upbeat, and his Lambo is almost as much as his fire. He's known to be good on corners and launching off at the starting line...mainly because he has an AWD V12.
He thinks of himself, the 'prince of New York' since most haven't raced or challenged him. And when they do he somehow always wins...but it's because one of his friends tuned up his ride.
Got a tune-up from a shop that knows Lamborghini engines.
Added 200 extra horsepower, so extended top speed...fortunately his parents can pay off his tickets. But that's never happened since the police there are pretty slow...even if the have the charger hellcats with them. Once you beat him he will send you another location and will remain in his home city. But you must beware...the next location, the cops are no joke. Steady your speed, or rush like a blur.
