Chapter Seven

Tom stared at the floor. He never knew she felt that way... This... Explains a lot... He felt like a complete jerk. He called her trash for crying out loud! He regretted that. "She can't feel love anymore Tom... The poor thing..." Tom kept his gaze at the floor. Guilt taking over him. How could he had been so blind? How could he have let that all pass by him?..... Why hadn't she told him? The questions from before were now answered, and replaced with new ones. These new ones. Would probably never be answered. He teared up, sadness accomponied his guilt and taunted him in his mind. 'Pathetic. You let her get so hurt. This is your fault. ALL YOUR FAULT.' The voices said to him. He believed them. "Tom?" Came a sweet and concerned voice behind him. He flinched then turned around to see her. Tamara. More guilt rised within him. "Are you alright? You seem troubled." Tom swallowed his saliva and nodded. "Umm... yeah... I'm fine..." Tom lied and turned away. Tamara sighed then hugged him from behind. He blushed lightly. "H-huh?" "I'm sorry for... how I acted... It was unneeded and I regret.... I'm sorry Tom.." She said. Tom smiled faintly. "It's alright Tam. Edd told me." "Oh he did?" Tamara asked as he nodded. "Yeah. You should have told me..." She smiled at him and hummed. "But you already fell in love with someone else. I just didn't want you to worry." How could she be so nice? How was she able to be THAT nice? It baffled Tom a bit. Tamara let him go and yawned. "Anyways, i'm pretty tired so i'm gonna take a nap. Bye Tom, Bye Edd." She said then left the room. Edd waved at her then looked at the distressed Tom. "You alright?" Tom stayed silent.

Weeks have passed and Tom and Tamara were hanging out like they used to. But... something was off. "Tom come on! The bars gonna close soon!" Tamara whined and lazily leaned against the wall. Tom chuckled and flipped her off. "Shut up, I need my flask." "It's in your pocket." Tom paused and looked in his pocket. Sure enough, there was his flask. "Oh." Tamara giggled, "You idiot. Lets go now!" She said and dragged Tom out the door. Tom blushed lightly and laughed. Has she always had such a cute giggle? Tom shook his head and walked. It's just a giggle. Besides, he had a girlfriend.

Once they got to the bar, Tamara almost immediatly began to get drunk. Tom, had himself a few beers and shots but stayed sober, so he could make sure no creeps came up to Tamara. He sighed and watched as Tamara flirted with a can of beer. He laughed. "Heyyyy what chu laughinggg at?" Tamara asked drunkily as she hiccuped. Tom rolled his eyes and flicked her cheek. "You." He answered as she scrunched her nose up. "Heeeyyyyy that meannnn!" "So is getting drunk and leaving me sober to care for your ass." He smirked then stood up. Tamara pouted and began to fall off her chair. "Woah-!" Tom said as he caught her in his arms before she made impact with the floor. She looked up into his eyes and he looked back. There were.... stunning. They sparkled and glowed a bit in the dim lighting of the bar. Tom kept staring untill Tamara hiccuped again and began to giggle. "What's so funny?" He asked her. "Yoooouu" "what did I do?" She kept giggling. "You looked dumb!" Tamara said as she laughed. Tom blushed and looked away.

A few days have now passed. Tom found himself... noticing things that he never noticed before. 'her voice is so sweet and gentle to listen to. She scrunches her nose up when upset or annoyed. she moves gracefully when she is walking. "God... what happened to me...?" He asked himself and leaned against his cool blue bedroom wall. He felt like a school girl that was head over heals for their senpai. Why was he noticing all of these strange things? Why now? Why not earlier? Would they end? "Fuck... What am I gonna do...?"
