Emotionally curious Bakugou accidentally comes out to his mom.

Bakugou was sitting on the couch with his mom, they were watching star wars reruns that happened to be on tv. The scene where Han Solo confessed to Leia played.

Bakugou turned to his mother. "Mom?"

"Yeah KitKat? What you need?"

"What is love like?" Bakugou asked curiously.

"Well.." Mitsuki started "I'm not very good at describing it, and it's different for every person but.. you want to spend all your time with them, you'd do anything to see them smile, you want to protect them and help them grow, you crave their attention but it also makes you extremely nervous... and you just, adore them. Flaws and all. Yeah you work with them to improve their flaws, but you still love them"

Bakugou stared for a while "That can't be it" he huffed before turning to the movie.

"Why not?"

"Cause I feel like that towards a friend. Your confusing love with friendship old hag."

Mitsuki stared at her son, before bursting out laughing.  After the laughter calmed down she said "Yeah no I'm pretty sure I'm just describing what I feel towards my husband, and I fucking adore him." With a little smirk she added "Maybe your just confusing friendship with love."

"But that cant be right he's a guy. So it has to be friendship-" Bakugou shut up right there, realizing what he just said. "Am I gross? Is it wrong?" He stared at his mom, asking silent questions.

Mitsuki smiled at her son, trying to reassure him. "It's fine! Some people might see it as weird but it's perfectly normal."

Bakugous face visibly relaxed.
"Thanks mom."

They finished the movie in comfy silence.
