the boss of the police station was shocked that detective Michaels so-called hostage/roommates were actually correct and as days go on, cases that were never solved was actually being pulled out of case files and being solved by her.

She still didn't speak to any of the officers at the police station when detective Michaels took her there she just did what he asked her to do with the files and handed him the notes when she was done. The police boss was actually impressed by this girl skills and even was able to catch her in the shooting rings with detective Michaels, he was skeptical at first at trusting her with a gun thinking that she might murder him but she never did once even in training she would overpower Michael easily, some of the officers were impressed by how skilled she was and wondered if she would be a great officer herself, even though everyone didn't like that idea but he didn't care what they thought he wanted to hear her say yes or no.

"I called you and today detective Michaels to congratulate you with your new partner"

he said looking over to tsume detective Michaels' eyes grew wide when hearing this as he looked over to tsume as her expression didn't change at all

"so what do you say tsume would you rather work with detective Michaels as his partner to continue solving crimes?"

"and what if I said no would you throw me in jail? And if I said yes will you take advantage of me and make me do the work that you couldn't do?"

Her questions came out direct as the boss didn't like the way how she was asking him this questions as her answer was never really a yes or a no.she just wanted to know what he would do to her if she didn't give him the answer he wanted to hear, so when leaving the office without a direct answer Michael's took tsume out to eat, he knew that he was falling in love with her and some of the co-workers knew as well.

"I want to go home"

tsume said as she was just looking down at the plate of food that was in front of her

"Come on we already been through this my home is already your home"

"are you just saying that so I can trust you and so you can get the information to where my boss is?"

"tsume you need to understand one thing and that is that you need to trust me I'm not taking you out to dinner just so you can spill your beans if you don't want to tell me where your boss is that's fine"

Michael said as she looked up at him, he could tell that she didn't believe him but he wanted for her to at least break down her defense.

"I will give you what you want if you give me what I want"

"I'm sure there is something I can work out with the boss but you're going to have to give me time"

"Take as long as you desire I'm not going anywhere"

She said as she started to eat, once back at the apartment Michael watched as she went to the couch to watch some TV she seems to be getting used to living with him and he was happy that she was getting comfortable, now the only problem he had was actually talking to his boss about her seeing her friends. Early in the morning Michael woke up and started making breakfast but when he headed to the kitchen he saw Tsume already there cooking and was surprised

"I didn't know you could cook"

"That's a lot of things you don't know about me. I mean I'm not just a thief by night you know"

She said with a slight smile when she got done making breakfast she said the two plates at the table. The two of them ate in silence until Michael spoke

"I wanted to ask why did you still all those things anyway?"

tsume stopped eating as she looked up at Michael
