The canon divergence fanfiction, SAKURA BLADES is written by Nyx, and is placed in the canon timeline of the Edo Period, Sengoku Era of Japan (mid, to late 1500s) in the original and fictional work of Inuyasha. The action takes place post-canon to the current manga storyline.
This work thoroughly follows the traditional customs, historical development and folktales of Japan.
