A MANE OF WILD PINK FLASHED THOUGH THE GREENERY OF THE FOREST, two blurs of black and yellow following from not far behind, a string of curses also on the loose.

"Oi, teme!" The blonde yelled, attempting to attract the raven head's attention. "I'm going to win this race, 'ttebayo!"

No matter how much the Uzumaki yelled, the Uchina heir's focus was on the figure running ways ahead of them, whose pink hair flew as she moved. She was familiar with the route they were taking 一 Sasuke noted 一 as if she had done this a million times over.

"Hn." The grunt was all Naruto could get out of his stoic frienemy, thus making him sigh dramatically, but nevertheless一the seal master dropped the subject.

It was then that the pink figure ahead stopped and turned around to face them, eyes of an emerald green greeting them, a fire of irritation surrounding the area around her, scorching the land as it expanded around her petite form.

The duo's movements roughly - and rather hastily - came to a halt, eyes a bit frightened by their pink friend's eyes一chills of anticipation making their skin prickle at the sight.

"You two are so damn slow." The comment came out of her mouth without any sort of hints of holding back, an invisible arrow piercing through their hearts at her bluntness. "You need to increase your stamina. Even if this training course was designed for me by Tsunade-shisou, it shouldn't have taken you so much to finish it."

And the arrows continued shooting until she was satisfied with the idea that they had nothing else to comment.

"Anywho," Sakura began as she pushed her bangs out of her face, purposely ignoring her friends' pale faces, "I have some work to take care of at the hospital, so I'll catch you guys later." Walking away, the young woman left the training grounds and the mystified boys to their devices.

Sakura was silent as she walked, the forest putting her in a trance of peace as all thought left her mind. Moments like these were what she treasured, when it was just her, the nature and the quietness of the trees.

The chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves followed her until she reached the main street, the bustling life of Konoha taking over the serene atmosphere. She didn't mind it at all if she were to be honest, being used to the multitude of activities going around since the war ended two years ago. She was glad, that the people were able to step back into their everyday lives without much of a problem, though she still worried, as many people had lost much more than their homes.

Entering the building in which she put most of her skills at use, Sakura closed her eyes at the calming scent of herbs and medicine, consciously ignoring the ever present fragrance of blood that seemed to never leave the premises. She didn't mind it at all, finding it completely normal for it be present here, given the hight number of injured shinobi that stepped though almost every day.
