(Whelp, so much for updating everyday >.<)
When I got to my room I quickly opened the box, only to see a pair of skinny jeans, a silk white layered shirt, and a pair of black, leather ankle-high boots. Not to mention the pair of royal blue earrings and the thin-chained necklace with a royal blue tear-drop shaped pendant. Royal blue everywhere. Okay…so this must be a special occasion?
I marveled the whole thing, before squeezing my legs into the jeans, and putting on the rest of the outfit. I put on some eyeliner and some lip balm. Looking at myself in the mirror, I shrugged and walked out the door.
Well, judging by the expensive and new outfit, I’m thinking that we’re going out for something, or something…
Curiosity filled my mind as I made my way to the dining room. And when I did arrive, I saw Victor wearing one of those fancy black coats with a white buttoned shirt underneath it. Well, some of his chest was exposed. I don’t mind, of course.
His face beamed up as he saw me. “You look beautiful.” He complimented, his voice full of admiration as he walked towards me. A smile made its way to my lips and I looked down. I’m not so good at getting compliments…
“Thank you…you don’t look so bad yourself.” I replied after recovering from my one-second-awkwardness, brushing his shoulder softly.
Chuckling, he took my hand and slowly led me to a door far in the back of the room. When we were in front of the door he looked at me and said with a smirk. “Are you ready?” His hand was on the doorknob and I was just itching for it to open. I nodded excitedly and without hesitation, he opened the door.
It revealed a beautiful forest-like garden…it was…mesmerizing…It had a dark, but mystical look. White, red and…black roses? From what I could see, they were real. Like legit. Shinning against the light were golden, forest-green and turquoise particles floating around everywhere. Tons of fresh trees, fresh healthy grass, a small stream with clear, clean water laid there, sending calming noises to my ears. I noticed a small dirt path, which Victor led me through, until we came to a certain circular spot with a table set with candles and food and everything. Red candles surrounded the whole thing. It looked beautiful, like a scene you would only see in a romantic movie.
He led me to the seat and pulled it back for me, then sat on his own seat. A few seconds of average silence filled the area.
“You truly look amazing in that outfit.” He commented randomly, popping a piece of steak into his mouth. I chuckled, trying to ignore the burning sensation coming up in my cheeks. “Thank you, Victor…you know, this place is beautiful. I mean, this is a full-on fairy-tale setting.” I mused, looking around.
He chuckled softly, grabbing my hand and placing a soft kiss on my knuckles; his hard and cold lip ring making me shiver slightly. “The best for you, darling.”
My cheeks instantly burned up far too much for my consent and I bit my bottom lip.
The evening went on practically perfectly. Victor was very romantic through all the time. He would smile sweetly every now and then, lean over the table and whisper sweet things in my ear, he made me laugh.
As Victor started telling me a joke, I started hearing a soft melody in the distance. An ocarina and a harp. I chuckled to myself, but Victor heard me.
“What?” He laughed softly, grabbing my hand.
“I’m just…” I giggled lowly. “I’m just hearing these little harps and ocarinas…might be the mood.” I joked, popping a little chip into my mouth.
“Well, as a matter of fact…” He started, smirking slightly. “What you’re hearing is real…they’re little fairies…”
I arched one of my eyebrows and chuckled. “Are you serious?” I asked, waiting for him to say “Nah, I’m just joking.”
He didn’t.
“Yes. It’s a little complicated, but basically, fairies live in a different dimension that’s very close to ours. And thus, they can interact with us. Kind of like spirits and ghost.” He explained casually.
I stared at him, once again waiting for him to say he was joking, but he didn’t.
“Okay then…” I trailed off, picking at my food.
“What, you don’t believe me?” He chuckled.
I pursed my lips as I unconsciously grabbed his hands and started fidgeting with his fingers. “I don’t know…should I believe you?”
“That’s a decision you have to make.”
I shrugged and we continued on.
Soon, we ate all our food, and left the beautiful garden. He walked me to my room. Yeah, I know, cheesy.
We stopped at the front of my door. I grabbed both of his hands, smiling softly. “Thanks for the great dinner, Victor. I loved it.”
He chuckled softly and pressed his lips against my knuckles. “Anything for you, darling.” He murmured softly. My smile widened as I pressed my lips against his cheek, trailing my lips to his ear afterwards. “Good-night.” I whispered lowly, pulling away. He seemed surprisingly star-struck at that as I opened the door, pursing my lips. When he didn’t say anything, I just closed my door, deciding that was enough for the night.
