Sustained Injury

Ashlyn POV 

I got onto my horse and rode behind Anya to the bridge. I had my sword and bow. Along with a few hidden daggers. I rode up beside Anya and walked up with her to the middle. I walked over to Finn. That's how we decided to do it. Anya talks to a leader while I get information. 

I put out my hand. He shook it. "Tell me one good reason why we shouldn't kill all of you now." I said coldly. " We just want peace. That's why we are meeting." He said. "Yet you send your  soldiers down from the sky to do what? Have a friendly conversation?. " I asked. He shook his head. "They are coming down to protect us. They will only attack of you attack first. " He said trying to convince me. 

 "And your acts of war. Torturing me and Lincoln. Too us this is how you announce war." I said. Once again he shook his hand. "We made mistakes and I want to fix this. We can make pe-" He was cut of by someone's yelling. "Clarke! Clarke run!!" 

Then I heard gunshots. I kicked his knee causing him to fall and used my dagger to cut his arm before running to my horse. I got shot in the arm half way but ignored it. I jumped on and rode of. Not before shooting arrows in there direction. I rode back to the village. 

Anya told me to go find Nyko and help him with something. before we left Nyko fixed me up. I walked with him to a cage. I looked in. One of Skaikru's people. His name was Murphy. He was covered with blood. He deserves this. Nyko gave him a orange liquid. A poison that gives you a highly contagious disease.

 I smiled. Skaikru deserves this as well. I closed the door. Not locking it so he could 'escape'. I told Lincoln what happened. I told him we attack on two days at dawn. And that Murphy should be gone by tonight. Lincoln said he had to warn Octavia. He's already seen as a traitor for th bridge. I stopped. In was changing. Before Lincoln left I told him good luck.

I helped prepare our army to finish this. war was coming. We were sending people to go across the bridge. They were going to weaken there people. Then the rest of our soldiers will go in.
