-I want to practice, Devin said whining while we were walking to the next class.

-I can't welcome you at my place tonight, Vinny said shrugging.

-Why ? Ryan asked him.

-My mom invited some friends and their daughter.

-Oh okay, Ryan said. I think I will take this opportunity to work on the song we wrote the other day, Ryan said.

-Same, I'm gonna start to work on the lyrics, Chris said.

-Oh dude can I help you with that ? I mean I have nothing to do tonight, so you can come at my place, Ricky offered to Chris.

-Sure, Chris said nodding.

-Well I don't have anything planned for tonight anymore, I said sighing.

Ryan shrugged.

-You can still come at my place.

I nodded.

Apparently Vinny forgot that we were supposed to skate together tonight.

-What do you want to eat ? Ryan asked me while putting his guitar back on its stand.

-Well, I'm not hungry, I said while looking at my phone.

-You're not hungry ? What's happening ? You're always hungry, he said sitting down on the bed, next to me.

I sighed.

-I was supposed to skate with Vinny tonight but he dropped me cause his parents' friends are coming to his place bla-bla-bla. And he's gonna be with another girl, I said rolling my eyes.

-I feel the jealousy, he said laughing.

-She's as old as us !

-Oh well.

I paused.

-Oh dude, I don't even know if he's single...

Ryan looked at me and frowned.

-Dude, I'm pretty sure he is, he never talks about that and he would've told us if he wasn't ? I mean you have all your chances to get him.

I playfully smacked his arm.

He laughed and stopped.

-But I'm not even joking... Like,-

-Ryan, I cut him off.

-Well, don't listen to me then ! he said putting his hands in the air.

I arrived in the playground with Ryan.

The other boys weren't here yet, so we sat on a table waiting for them.

-I'm tired as fuck, Ryan said rubbing his eyes.

-I'm always tired as fuck and I don't complain, I said raising my eyebrows.
