I was coming at school alone today. Ryan didn't text me, he probably didn't wake up, I was used to it.

I was almost at school when Ryan phone called me.

I hung up.

[Phone conversation]

-I'm gonna be late, wait for me ! he said very quickly.

-I'm almost at school Ryan, I can't go back to your house.

I heard him sighing and I heard his footsteps through the phone.

And I heard something falling on the floor very loudly.

-FUCK !

-Ryan are you alright ?!

-Yes but my mom's vase isn't ! SHE'S GONNA KILL ME, he yelled.

I sighed and laughed at the time.

-Whatever. Hurry up !

-I'm doing my best but look how it's going !

I sighed and hung up.

[End of the phone conversation]

I put back my phone in my pocket and walked to school.

I suddenly felt something against my shoulder.

I turned around to face Chris, who was with Vinny.

-Leave my shoulder alone, I said frowning.

Chris laughed.

-How are you ? he asked me.

-I'm fine, tired but fine. How are y'all ? I asked him and Vinny.

-I'm doing great, Vinny said.

-Same, Chris said. You're not with Ryan ?

-Nah, he's late and broke his mom's vase, I said giggling.

-Oh, he said laughing. I wondered if we could go skate after school ?

-She can't, Vinny said.

Chris frowned.

-We're hanging out together, he said nodding while closing his eyes.

Damn, he was so cute.

-Oh, I see, he said smirking and winking at me.

I rolled my eyes.

We got out of high school. Today had been a good day, even if the guys kept joking about the fact that I was going to Vinny's place tonight. Ryan only came at the second period of the day and didn't know I was coming at Vinny's place, and if he did, he would fucking harass me.

-Skatepark ? Ryan asked me while putting his arm behind my shoulder.

-Uh, nah.
