Santana was downstairs cooking breakfast with Lily, hoping that pancakes would help her calm down and also take the edge off her hangover.

"Mama! I wants berries!" Lily reached for the strawberries on the pancakes and her mama gave her one to eat, quickly wiping her tears and drinking some coffee.

"Mama, what's wrong?" Lily begged, her eyes filling up with tears at the sight of her mother crying. Lily hated it when her Mama or Mommy cried, she hated knowing they were sad.

"Hey, I'm okay baby girl." She whispered "I just love you so so much!" She promised, settling at the breakfast table with Lily as she helped her eat her pancakes.

Brittany walked downstairs with an expressionless face, her eyes red, sore and puffy. Even Lily, a three year old, could tell that she'd been crying.

The silence was tense and Lily wished she could fix what had happened, as she could tell something had.

"Mama, Mommy, wus goin on?" Lily cried, tears spilling down her smooth cheeks.

"Nothing baby, everything's okay." Santana promised her daughter, taking a deep breath and smiling at Brittany nervously.

"I made pancakes." Santana shrugged, she didn't want to cry but she could feel the tears pricking behind her eyes.

Brittany stood up on a chair and tapped her spoon against the ceramic plates. "I have an announcement my lovely family" She shouted, beaming with pride at herself.

"WHAT MOMMY WHAT!" Lily shouted, already excited by her mommy's sudden good mood.

"I booked us tickets for HARRY POTTER WORLD AT UNIVERSAL for TOMORROW!" Brittany beamed, waiting for her wife's reaction.

"Get off that chair right now!" Santana told Brittany sternly, watching as her wife's expression turn to a frown. "I need to kiss you and you're too tall! Come here." Santana held out her arms, kissing Brittany deeply and holding their bodies close.

"Mija, we're going on vacation and you can wear your new slytherin clothes that mama got you!" Santana gushed excitedly.

"But mama, I don't know what house I am yet." Lily frowned.

"That's what we'll have to find out" Brittany beamed at the adorableness of their child.

"But she's a Slytherin. Baby I'm a Slytherin, she needs to carry on my legacy!" Santana whined, going to the living room to pull out her box set, choosing which one of the movies to watch.

"Mama I want the one with the magic stone!" Lily told her and Santana laughed, realising that she'd taught her daughter well.

"Philosopher's Stone it is!" She laughed, settling the tiny girl in her lap and patting the seat next to them for Brittany to join.

They were half way through the movie and Lily had fallen asleep on Santana's lap, Brittany snoring on her shoulder. Santana was awake, intently watching the philosopher's stone.

Although she never admitted around anyone but her family, at heart she was a huge potterhead.

"Britt... Brittany! Brittany Lopez-Pierce you can't sleep through this! This is the important part!" She whined, shaking Brittany awake just as they finished the game of Wizard's Chess. Santana was basically sobbing when they left Ron, she somehow managed to cry every time still.

"Does this mean you forgive me, last time you let me sleep through the war because I didn't deserve to watch it" Brittany whispered, hope igniting her eyes.

"I'm not mad at you. It's not my place to be mad at you, I can't force you to want a baby." She sighed and collected her thoughts. "It just hurts a bit, that's all. But really if you're happy with Lily then I can be happy with that too." She sighed, she'd forgotten that she was upset for a while until Brittany brought it up in conversation.

"Lets do this" Brittany whispered, shock clouded Santana's face.

"What? What do you mean?" Santana's heart raced like crazy. "Brittany what do you mean? Do you mean the baby?!" She was so excited she could hardly contain herself.

"You should reply to Ell, if we want the baby before christmas, we'll need that sperm" She spoke loud, and clear. Beaming with joy.

"That's a really, really strange sentence, baby." Santana cupped her wife's face and kissed her deeply. "A really happy and really strange sentence." She giggled, peppering her face with kisses and clinging to little Lily.

"I love you so much, Britt whispered, kissing her wife's neck.

"Thank you for this. Thank you so much." She couldn't help the happy tears that poured down her cheeks.
