"We need to move. We shouldn't' stay so close to the mansion," Ryder said as he came back to the group with Nora and Peter.

"But what are we going to do about the President?" Neo asked.

"Yeah, we can't just let him escape," Savanna added.

"We will deal with that once we're further away," Peter said.

"I hate to be that guy but Matthew and Seth are in no state to travel," Cooper said.

"Then we carry them," Oliver snapped.

"Matthew has fractured ribs and a broken leg, carrying him would only cause more pain and the risk of further injury."

"So what do we do? We can't leave them," Kaelyn said, Lauren nodded in agreement.

Savanna and Neo exchanged glances, "we could..." Savanna began.

"No one is getting left behind!" Nora shouted.

"Why don't we spilt up back into our groups," Oliver suggested. "Seth can walk if we help him."

Peter looked at Nora, "should we?"

Nora pondered it, "we could divide and conquer. You take your group to the local villages, find the rebels there. Ryder, Aidan, Lauren, and I will stay with Matthew."

"Where will we meet after?" Lauren asked.

Matthew grimaced as he sat up, "there's a plane wreckage somewhere around here form when we came for Mia and Cody, we could meet there."

Nora nodded, "we'll meet at the wreckage."

"Okay," Peter gathered his group with Cooper and Oliver supporting Seth, "we'll see you when all of this is over."

"See you," Nora replied.

"So, what's our plan?" Lauren asked, "we can't really stay here."

"We have to, for a few days at least," Nora replied.

"Nora's right, we have to wait with Matthew until he's a bit better."

"Don't worry about me," Matthew said. "If we have to move I could try."

"You will do nothing of the sort!" Nora snapped, "and that's final." With that she walked away to talk with Ryder.

"I'll look after you," Aidan said, dropping his bag and pulling out a water. "Here." Matthew took it. "Need anything for the pain?"

"That would be nice," Matthew replied.

Aidan handed him some Advil and Matthew swallowed the pill with a sigh. "So how are you doing?"

"Alright I suppose."

"You'll be better soon," Aidan reassured him.

"I doubt it," Matthew sighed.

"You will. Don't worry."

A week had passed. Matthew and his group had moved further away from the mansion's remains. Matthew's ribs were better but his leg was still preventing them from moving to the plane wreckage. "How long do you think they'll wait for us?" Lauren asked as they ate some of the food rations Aidan had managed to grab.

"They know it will take us time, they'll wait as long as it takes," Nora replied.

"If they survived the village encounters," Matthew muttered.

"What?" Ryder stopped eating. "The village is full of innocent civilians, of course they'll survive."

Matthew laughed, "innocent? The village is home to some of the most dangerous people. I should know, I grew up there, I watched my father get murdered right in front of me. The village is crawling with armed soldiers following Collinson's orders."
