Me and my mom start doing our pack chores, we also have to do my dads chores sense alpha hasn't replaced him yet, which is surprising. It's been 3 months, alpha usually replaces someone within a week.
My chore is to miss lead hunters and make them believe we are somewhere else, my moms job is to watch the cubs while the others do their chores, my dads was to hunt for the pack. I guess it was also my fault he's dead. Sense it was my job to miss lead the hunters. Ever sense then I have done the best I can to do my job. Don't need any more pack members killed because of my mistake.
I'm just about to go off and do my job when suddenly my mom falls over. I run to her. "Mom what's wrong? HELP!" I yell. The alpha comes running.
"What happened?" Alpha says with his deep voice.
"She just collapsed. We were attacked by a buck yesterday, and I think it broke her leg. It gave me a cut on my side." I say showing him the cut.
"Get both of them to medical! Now!" He yells. "Bridgett, take care of the cubs."
"Yes sir!" She replies and runs towards the cubs.
"Ralf, take over Shishka's job."
"Sir, yes, sir!" Ralf yells back.
"Alpha, I'm fine, I can do my job. just take care of my mom." I say a little hesitant.
"Shishka, that wound will not heal correctly without the right treatment and you will die soon. Just go and we will deal with your jobs." He says, a little kinder then usual.
"What about my dads job?" I ask
"We have enough food for two winters, you can go one day without hunting, plus we have three other hunters, just go now!" he demands. I start walking towards the medical wolf.
It's four hours later, Eo is probably waiting for me. she will be so disappointed if I don't show. what will I tell her? She will probably hate me. I told her I would be there. I promised.
Looks like I'll be here for at least another three hours, then it will be too late. They are still cleaning out my cut, then they have to stitch it shut.
I'm now waiting for them to stitch my wound shut. I still have ten mins, I can just hope Eo's still there. I doubt it.
Some wolves come and stitch me up. As soon as their done I jump off the table and run where I usually meet Eo. When I get there I see a fox run off. Other then the fox no one is there. I sadly walk back to my den.
