" A villain without a quirk...how will he do any damage then?" Dabi stood near the counter of the bar, "he's useless".
"I AM right here, you know?" Izuku glowered at Dabi, but the guy didn't care– he never did.
No matter how much Izuku thought about it, Dabi resembled Shoto Todoroki in a few ways. It was odd how even their quirks were quite similar. Both wielded fire...
The green-eyed boy shook his head, enduring the need to murmur his thoughts. If he did that, Dabi might have struck him in seconds! He learned to not talk highly about the villains largest enemies, especially Tomura's.
Even as Izuku found it delightful to be around the villains, he couldn't help but want something else– He wanted to see his classmates, the ones he called 'friends'. He wanted to hold onto that little hope he had that was thin as a papercut, even if it was just for a while. There was always a chance of them just preparing....or building courage?
Izuku swirled the ice around with his straw, staring off into his own blank world. The more time that passed, the more he seemed to be feeling lonely, feeling hurt. The feeling of being disregarded. He grits his teeth, grinding them against each other and flicking the straw. That's when he snapped out of it, looking around the room. Everyone was staring at him, even Dabi bothered to give him a look.
"...what?" Izuku was confused. Had he done something wrong? Perhaps his presence disturbed them?
" It's nothing, Izu~" Toga swung her feet a few times before hopping off and waving Izuku to follow. Where ever she went, he went. Since Izuku couldn't memorize the area still, she was basically like a tour guide. They went through a daily routine of locating the places in the area.
The boy twisted his head slightly to look at Toga, "Hey... What are we going to do?".
"To get you a quirk, of course!!".
"...huh...?" At that point in time, Izuku began to wonder about life. So is that how people got quirks? What if his mom just couldn't afford paying for his quirk?!?! He shook off his idiotic, childish thoughts. That was just dumb, why would someone PAY for a quirk? Not everyone was rich enough.
He followed nearby Toga, who danced around on the dark street. It was so silent, other than the skips of the blonde's feet against the ground. It echoed through the area. With the sound disturbing complete silence, Izuku couldn't help but have a difficult time concentrating on his thoughts. All he wanted to know, was where he was going to get a quirk, and how.

- - 1 hour later - -
We were just standing there, no one moving a single muscle. Meanwhile, I kept my hands tucked behind my back, my eyes glued to the ground as if I even dared to look up, it would disappear. Not even that seemed to be working for me, I could feel All for One's eyes linger over my figure. I had the strong urge to peek up, to take a small glance, but I refused, scared of what I might see. It wasn't like I hadn't already seen him since I entered, but I was concerned about being given an opposing expression.
Toga nudged my shoulder and I flinched, glancing up at him, finally. What was taking him so long to answer? Toga had explained all she needed, why wouldn't he agree? My irritation seemed to grow each second that was wasted for an answer.
One...
Damn...
Word...!!!!
He seemed to notice my arising anger, so I quickly snapped out of it, lowering myself again. His expression towards me caused a shameful feeling to surge. But, it wasn't as strong as I expected it to be before we entered his "chambers".
"Very well" he murmured.
It was difficult, but I managed to hold in my excitement. All for One didn't exactly explain what he was going to give me, so I never knew what to look exactly forward to. What if he gave me the ability to make spoons dance around a table? That would have made me felt so much more worthless than I already was.
I quickly looked over at Toga who had a large smile on her face. She clapped her hands "great!!".
All for One then walked away in silence. Where was he going??? Toga shoved me forward slightly and I fidgeted before following the tall man. He opened up a package filled with syndromes and a needle. I gulped, taking a step back.
I hate needles...
He didn't seem to take note of my uneasiness and began to play with the needle in his hand, adding one of the liquids into its tube. When he was done, without warning, All for One rammed it into my skin. I yelped at the sting, shutting my eyes to see if it would help. I could even feel as he pulled it out! It was like pulling a large germ out of your nose (I'm sorry that's the only way I know how to explain the feeling of a needle being pulled out!).
"Yay~" Toga cheered.
Moving my arm around, I didn't feel a difference at all. It was...disappointing in a way. All for One went back to doing his business as if excusing himself from our presence. I gave him a quick thanks, even when I didn't believe it was needed, and stuck behind Toga as she left. I could feel him still looming over me...He was probably wondering what such a weakling like me, was doing with the villains...

Todoroki wondered down the hall to retrieve the papers that Mr.Aizawa strictly asked for. It was strange how the teachers were so calm...so... cowardly. He snickered to himself "yeah, like we're any better", he mumbled, stopping at the front of the teacher lounge. Freezing before shoving it open, Todoroki listened to the voices inside.
"We can't do anything about it, it's too late for young Midoriya. The League of Villains probably killed him".
"There is still a chance for him to be alive, weren't you going to...you know..?" It was another voice.
There was a sigh, " Yes, it's a shame that I can't pass it on to him".
Todoroki leaned in a bit. Pass what on to Midoriya? Why were they giving up on him like that? From the sound of it, it must have been All Might and the Principal. He grits his teeth, hesitating to enter the lounge now. The feeling of betrayal from the top hero hurt too much– he didn't know if he could handle looking him in the eyes. All Might should have been the one to save Midoriya... He should have said it was okay to fight.
The door slid open, causing Todoroki to flinch. He gazed upon All Might who seemed shocked by his being. Both of them cleared their throats, eyes shifting away, from one another.
"What are you doing here, Todoroki?" All might inquired, making way for the student to enter.
"Picking up papers" Todoroki slipped inside, gathering the papers settling on the counter, and making his way out.
"Todoroki!" The hero called out. Todoroki turned around to look at him, "a-ah...nevermind, be careful on your way back to your class...".
It was that look again. All Might had a lot to say, but he was covering it up. Todoroki chose to ignore it, shifting himself and continuing towards the class. There wasn't time to, be wasted...he and the class had to think of something fast...before it was too late.
