Weird. He's Going The Same Way I Am..

It's two days later, Saturday. Friday was the day that Jim was gonna fight Steve but he didn't show. Yeah I get it though, why would you go get your butt kicked if you didn't want to? You wouldn't. Instead of having a fight break out during lunch that day, Claire encouraged me to try out for the female leading role in the school play and the tryouts are held tomorrow afternoon. I wanted to say no... Acting isn't my thing but I do love a good romantic tragedy. Plus how can I say no to Claire? She's so nice!

Time skip

Right now I'm trying out for Juliet and Eli is trying out for Romeo, he's my partner in this addition. I swear, if I have to kiss Eli, all hell will break lose, more closely known as me.

Wait.. Jim is here? I guess he just couldn't miss tryouts even though he knows that Steve is here. He's trying out right after me and Eli, as Romeo and Claire as Juliet. I know I've never been in a play or acted before but I'd say my performance was spot on! I think I saw someone crying from the audience actually too! ...oh, just kidding it was just a baby. I think I might actually suck at acting then....

As Eli and I walked off stage Claire and Jim prepared themselves. It's Jim and Claire's turn now. When I saw them performing I thought it was amazing! And Jim was wearing the COOLEST costume! He looked like a real knight! I was flabbergasted. And as I watched them preform I noticed that they would be an adorable couple. I wonder who would be my boyfriend later on? Probably no one... But I'm okay with that for now anyway. Plus I might die due to the Troll Hunter so maybe it's best if I keep to myself from now on.

After they finished an amazing performance Ms. Janeth told us we would find out who would be the lead roles on Monday and that it was okay for us to go home now. So that's what I did but on the way out I heard Steve yelling. Here was the fight that everyone missed the day before..

"Where have you been? I scheduled your butt whooping for yesterday, jerk face! You didn't show! Tic tok, remember?" Steve blabbed. Toby tried to stand up for Jim but.. it didn't sound right.

"He was busy getting his butt whooped by someone else! Take a number!"

Oh lord, Toby... you're making him sound like Eli but worst..

"Back off, dweb!" Steve yelled getting in Jim's face. There was going to be a fight and I was going to help Jim because his other friend obviously cannot. He just didn't have the courage to stand up to Steve which I totally understand but I won't watch anyone get hurt by his hands. Especially not my new friends. So, I walked over there next to the three boys who stood in a huddle.

"Steve, I'm really not in the mood to do this right now" Jim told him with a sigh.

"Duhhh! Nobody's ever in the mood to get their face smashed in but that's what's gonna happen, unless you wanna back down" Steve sneered getting in Jim's face now. Poor Jim.. I wish I could change into the cool armor lady and cut Steve's hands off but unfortunately that is frowned upon by the school here and being the worrier chick I am is supposed to be kept a secret.

"U-U-Uh... I.. I can do that?" He stuttered in a soft tone. I would have liked to back down too, Jim.

"Sure if you wanna crawl away from me on your knees bowing in front of everybody. Haha, that's a choice" Steve stepped back waiting for Jim to do as he says. To my surprise, Jim actually got on his knees! I can't believe it.. Jim is stronger than this! I looked him in the eyes with a worried face and balled up fists and we met each other's eyes for a split second.

"Whoa! I didn't expect you to actually choose wousing over whooping! Haha" Steve laughed at Jim. This is only fueling my anger and hatred for the bully. He needs to have a lesson taught to him and I was perfectly willing to do it.
