Lyra POV

"Lyra, get up" I open my eyes and see mum. "I'm so tired though". "I know you are". She leaves and I look around. I pick up an outfit and put it on , then run downstairs. "Mum, Dad". "In your fathers study". I run in there and come to a halt. A man with black hair is standing there with Draco" I go over to both of my parents and sit between them. Mum puts a hand on my shoulder "Lyra , this is professor snape." I nod "What's Draco doing here" trying to ignore his smirking. "Why do you care"  dad shoots him a look and he becomes quiet. "Lyra" I look at mum and shake my head. Then she mumbles something to dad , who nods. "Draco go finish packing" then he leaves. The man with black hair breaks the silence "Lucius and Narcissa maybe we should tell    her what we would be doing." Mum and dad look at each other "Lyra , he' going to go into your mind and try to see how to control it" "No, he's not" I snap. "You're not looking into my mind". Mum immediately stands up. "I'm not going to do this. You can't make me" I run out of the room and straight into Draco.

He grabs me and drags me into the front hall. "Want to go flying" I nod and we both run outside. Mum already  out there. "Lyra no". I  try to get passed her. "Let me go,I want to go with Draco." I try to dodge her But she grabs my arm and brings me inside. She sits in a chair and looks at me "Lyra we 're not.going to make you do anything you don't want to do". I look at her. " School.starts in two days I don't know what to do if.you get upset. Ly? " I look out the window and rain starts.falling. "Lyra?" Dad comes.into.the room and.sits.down. "I want.to.do it but I can't" . 

Narcissa POV

I look at lucius and he is staring out the window. "Why can't  you? " Lyra looks at us tears sparkling in her eyes gaff g. "I don't want him going through my memories of even in my mind" lucius finally looks at me nods. "Your mother and I will talk about it" she nods and then falls into my arms and starts crying. Lucius stands up and leaves. "Lyra, we're going to get through this. Together." She nods, her long blonde hair with fading black moving along with it. " I want to spend the day day with you ok? " she nods.through sobs. "Lyra" I tilt.Her chin up to look.at.me. " We are.All going to get through this. Together. " she nods and wipe her face with her hand. I stand up and look out the window. "Did you get an owl when you went to Diagon A!ley? " she shakes her head. "Then let's go get one for.you."  Lyra runs out.of the room and I go and get my wand. 

Ten minutes later we 're standing in the Owl Imporim. Lyra.looks around at.all.the.owls.and then looks at the eagle owls. "Mum, can I get this.one?" I look and see she pointing at an eagle owl that has a distance from the others. " Lyra, I'm not sure. There might be a reason why that owl is away from others". "I want it" I look at the Owl and notice that it has different markings on it's face. "Lets get it then". I go and pay 10 gallons. Lyra grabs the Owl and we go into the crowded street. "Lyra we need to get home" and I grab her.
