(Y/n)'s P.O.V

I woke up to the bright beam of sunlight drawing from the only slightly drawn curtains of the window. I turned to Dan. He was awake just starting up at the ceiling with a blank and stoic face. "Dan?" I asked. He didn't respond. "You alright?" I asked with concern dripping from my voice. I looked at me with the same expression. He suddenly snapped out of it. "Y- yeah, " he was obviously lying. "Are you sure; you know you can tell me anything?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm fine, I promise, " I knew he was lying, but I went with it still worried. "O-ok, " I nuzzled into his chest still kind of tired.

A few minutes past in a comfortable silence. I looked at him again. He still had that same face from earlier. "Are yo- I was interrupted by Phil walking in holding his head. " I have a throbbing headache; What happened last night?". "You got extremely drunk, so did Blake, " I chuckled. "Did I do anything stupid?" He panicked. "Um....". " what did I do?" He asked. "Some things, " I trailed off. He groaned walking off. I looked back at Dan, it was the same look again. "Dan, are you sure you're alright?" I asked sitting up. "Yeah, yeah, let's go eat something, " he pulled me up and walked me to the kitchen. Dan grabbed some cereal and grabbed a bowl. "Do you want cereal, if not i can mak- I cut him off. " Dan, is there something you need to tell me?" I asked concerned. "No, " he was lying, I could tell. "Please tell me the matter, " I begged pulling him into a hug. He sighed and gave up. "I- ugh. It's- I-. (Y/n), I have clinical depression, " He sighed. "Why didn't you tell me?" I asked hugging his tall figure tighter. "I dunno, I just thought you would think I was overreacting or trying to get sympathy, " he explained pulling away. "Of, course not Danny, " I said. He smiled weakly at me. I sighed pulling him into the room. "You don't have to pretend to be happy in front of me, " I explained laying him down softly. I tucked him in as if he were a small child. I began walking away. "Wait, (y/n), " he stopped me. I turned to him. "Cuddle with me?" He asked with puppy dog eyes. I nodded my head yes. I got under the blanket and turned to face him. I gave him a quick, but sweet kiss. He frowned as if he'd just realised something horrible. I just cuddled up in him telling him sincerely, "I'm here for you, ".

Short, I know.
