"Master, don't worry, she'll be fine," one of the servants reassured.

"I can't be at ease. I know she's not well. This time, her situation is really critical," said Lee Min Hyuk, pacing anxiously around his house.

Lee Min Hyuk hailed from a wealthy family in Silla. Today, his wife was in labor. They already had a son, but his wife's condition was precarious. Suddenly, he heard screams from the room.

"Master, please come. Doctor Jang is calling for you," a maid urgently summoned.

"I'm coming," he replied, anxiety etched on his face.

Min Hyuk entered the room where his wife lay.

"What happened?" he asked Doctor Jang.

Doctor Jang bowed deeply, a look of sorrow on his face. "I'm sorry, Master, but she lost a lot of blood, and her body was too weak. She didn't survive."

Min Hyuk fell to his knees, tears streaming down his face. "Why? Why? Why?" he cried out in agony.

Doctor Jang signaled to the maids, who approached with two tiny bundles in their arms. "She gave birth to twin girls, Master," Doctor Jang said gently.

Min Hyuk looked at the babies with a mix of love and sorrow. He carefully took them in his arms and approached his wife's lifeless body. Taking her hand, he whispered, "Min Hwa-ya, do you remember how you always wanted a boy? But I wanted a girl, and now you've given me two. Thank you, Min Hwa-ya. Thank you."

That night was one of the hardest in Min Hyuk's life, the cold rain outside mirroring the storm within him.

"Did you hear? Lee Min Hyuk lost his wife?" Kim Jin Hyuk, the Prime Minister of Silla, asked in shock.

"Yes, Master. She gave birth to twin girls last night," a servant replied.

"Oraboni, you're a busy man. You can't give your time to your daughters. You should focus on Jong Suk. I can't come here daily; I'll be leaving Silla soon," Min Hyuk's sister, Min Hee, said.

"You don't need to worry about my daughters or son, Min Hee. I can handle my responsibilities," he replied firmly.

"Oraboni, you know the King won't tolerate negligence in your duties. You must serve your responsibilities as our ancestors have. You're the Royal Advisor," she insisted.

"But what should I do, Min Hee?" he asked, conflicted.

"Oraboni, if you don't mind, let me take one of your daughters. I'll raise her as my own. Jimin, my son, has always wanted a sister. I promise I'll take good care of her," she pleaded.

Min Hyuk frowned. "What are you saying, Min Hee? I can't do that."

"Please, Oraboni. I beg you. You can raise Jong Suk and the other twin. Please, just let me take one," she implored.

After a long silence, Min Hyuk sighed. "Arasseo."

"Thank you, Oraboni! Thank you so much!" she replied joyfully.

"Now tell me, which girl do you want to adopt?" Min Hyuk asked, holding both babies.

Min Hee took the girl who was sleeping soundly. "Her," she replied.

Min Hyuk kissed the baby's forehead. "She's older than Min Ha. Her name is Lee Mi Na."

Min Hee nodded. "From now on, she's Park Mi Na. I promise I'll take care of her."
