Under the night sky

I sighed. Only two minutes left, two taunting minutes. The seconds ticked by like what seemed like hours. But then I heard it; the loud voices in the hallway, the sound of people running towards the door, and the final ring of the bell for the summer. I smiled as the teacher dismissed the class. I rose from my seat and gathered my things. High School is officially over. Graduation is in three weeks.
I knew Taehyung would be waiting for me so I left the classroom and went into the almost empty hallway. When I opened the door, I saw Taehyung standing out on the sidewalk waiting on me. I started walking towards him but a group of three boys came over to me. One punched me in the face, another kicked the back of my knees which forced me to fall. The third one stood there, watching for adults.
When the boys left, I walked over to Taehyung with a smile. He hugged me and smiled as well. His phone rang but he ignored it, knowing it was Yoongi. I glanced at the boys who were standing with a group of girls on the other side of the courtyard. The boys snickered and then started walking in my direction to scare me away but now that I was with Taehyung, nothing would scare me. Taehyung wouldn't allow them to mess with me anymore.

"What's it like being out of high school for good?" He asked.
"I'm glad I will have more time to practice and hand out with you and the hyungs! The best part about it is that I don't have to get up at like four thirty everyday for school" I said.
"Ready to go home?"
"Of course! But I can't wait until graduation, that is when school is officially over"
"Right"

Taehyung and I walked into the parking lot across the street and got into his car. I rolled the window down to give my best friend a high-five as we drove out of the parking lot and away from the school. I turned on the radio and listened for my favorite song for summer but a different song came on, Boy in Luv.

"Taehyung! The radio is playing our song!" I said, excited.
"That's a CD Guk" He said and started laughing.
"Oh, well it was worth saying that"

When Taehyung and I drove into the driveway, Jin greeted us at the door with a large smile. I got out of the car and grabbed my backpack. Taehyung walked past Jin and went inside. I hugged Jin and smiled. Yoongi tried to take my bag to my room for me but I insisted on keeping it with me.
I went into my room and sat on my bed. I took out my computer and notebook, then began to type up the lyrics I had written. Taehyung came into my room and started drawing like he normally did. Jimin followed shortly after but he didn't come sit on my bed. He just stood there.
"Hey Jimin-Hyung!"' I said.
"Since you are the last one to graduate high school, the others and I have decided to take you to do whatever you want to do as a gift to you." He said.
"So what do you want to do Jungkookie?" Taehyung asked.
"Oh umm what about going out to eat as a group and then going stargazing?"
"Stargazing? Why would you want to go stargazing?" Jimin asked rudely.
"Stars are cool to look at..." I said meekly.
"Jimin! If he wants to go stargazing, I'll take him stargazing." Taehyung said.
"Nevermind...forget it" I said, hoping to not have started an argument between the both of them.

Later That Night-Jungkook
After Taehyung and Jimin had both left my room, I changed out of my typical, plain school uniform and into something formal. I adjusted my dressy jacket and combed out my hair, smoothing it back. Jin knocked on my door and came in before I could even say anything. I walked up behind me and wrapped his arm around my shoulder and then fixed my collar. He looked at me and smiled.

"So Kookie, do you still want to go stargazing?" He asked in a calm and motherly voice.
"Nope, I have changed my mind" I said in response.
"Was it because of what Jimin said?"
"No, I just changed my mind"
"Oh Ok then, well we are ready to go so come out when you are ready." He said before leaving my room.

I sighed deeply and looked at myself one last time before leaving my room to meet the others. We all went outside and got into the car. Jin turned on the radio and listened to the song that way playing. Jin drove us all to our favorite restaurant.
When we all got out of the car,I took in a deep breath and started becoming pail. I felt all the blood rush out of my skin, leaving me to feel lightheaded. Yoongi and Jin both looked at me with concerned looks on their faces. Hoseok, Namjoon, and Jimin were talking and Taehyung was listening to his music.
