(In the jungle, the mighty jungle...)
(Ok, I'll shut up now)The parrot flapped his wings and squawked in protest. I held onto the edge of the crow's nest as the rest of my body flew off as the ship tilted from the impact. I slowly climbed up and got back into the crow's nest. "We're about to run aground! Everybody hold on!" Jimmy screamed. The ship was still turning left from the impact of the cliff. "We need to drop anchor!" I yelled. "We need to turn our portside to the beach!" I looked down to see Jimmy throw the anchor off the right side of the ship, and when it caught onto the seabed, the boat tilted, causing itself to fall over onto the shore, sending everyone falling onto the soft, wet sand. I held on long enough for the crows nest to get close enough to the ground before I fell off. Rocket and Bella jumped out the wheelhouse, and surveyed the damage. "Where's Cupa?" I asked, looking around. Andr had been on the deck when the ship crashed, but Cupa was nowhere to be seen. Suddenly, the cabin door opened up, and Cupa emerged, wearing a beautiful green dress, with her amber hair in a ponytail. "Will one of you fine gentlemen help me out of this mess?" she asked, looking around. I held out my hand, and she took it, stepping gracefully off the ship. "Thanks." she said, and turned to look around at our surroundings. "Where should we go first?" Cupa asked, looking around at the surrounding landscape. "Let's head into the forest." I said, leading the way. "C'mon, guys!" I said. "C'mon! C'mon!" the parrot repeated and looked at me with a proud face. "I'm gonna call you echo." I told him, and I stroked his feathers. We entered the jungle, which was very dense with huge bushes everywhere. I pulled out my machete and started cutting the leaves to make a path. We walked through the jungle, which seemed to be endless. Suddenly, I could hear noises getting closer. "Stop." I said, raising my tommy gun. "Wait here for me. I walked out of the jungle into a large, rocky clearing with a rocky path in the distance that was narrow due to two, large rocky walls. Close by was a large pile of animal droppings, and in the clearing was a pack of several...
"Cupa!" I yelled.
"Come see this!"
Cupa entered the clearing, followed by the rest of the gang. Their mouths dropped in shock, looking at the creatures that stood before them. "I present to you," I said, "A pack of Brachiosauruses." Cupa stared at them, dumbfounded. "This island is something else..." Bella said in awe, her voice trailing off. Scout took one look at the mound of droppings and made a noise of disgust. "That is one big pile of shit." he said, waving his hand in front of his nose. "We need to keep moving," I said, pointing at the cavern pathway in the distance. "We'll use the ravine as a pathway." We started moving, and I heard another noise. I looked over to the direction the noise came from, which was on the other side of the Brachiosaurus herd. I looked between the Brachiosaurus' legs, And saw a small pack of Velociraptors emerge from the forest. "Hurry up," I said, motioning to the canyon. "We've got company." The Raptors saw us, and they let out shriek-like noises and started running, which caused the Brachiosauruses to start moving in distress. "What is is?" Rocket asked. "Velociraptors." I said. We quickly ran into the ravine, with the Brachiosauruses following dangerously behind us. "Watch out!" I yelled, looking behind me. The Velociraptors were running and dodging between the Brachiosaurus' legs, and were getting slowly closer. I took out my tommy gun and fired at one of the Raptor's legs. It staggered, and fell down. It squirmed there a while until a Brachiosaurus stepped on its head, crushing its skull and staining the Brachiosaurus' foot with blood. "Watch out for the Brachiosaurus' feet!" I yelled, "They might step on you!" As if it happened because I said it, one of the sailors tripped, and before he could get up his torso was crushed by a huge foot. He screamed horribly before his head was smashed with a sickening crack by another foot. We kept running, until the ravine ended, opening up to a huge cliffside that went right. "Right!" I yelled, and the rest of the crew followed me. A sailor towards the back made it out too late and was knocked off the cliff by a stumbling Brachiosaurus. The huge beast followed behind him, blundering off the cliff with a moaning roar. The rest of the Brachiosauruses followed us right across the cliffside, which turned into another ravine path, which ended in a clearing. The clearing quickly elevated downwards, which caused me to nearly trip and fall. The rest of the group jumped over it, except the last man, who did trip and fall. We kept running as the Brachiosauruses tripped and fell. The fallen man's screams cut off as he was crushed by the first Brachiosaurus. I looked back, and the falling Brachiosauruses made a huge wall that prevented the Velociraptors from getting to us. "Run while we can!" Jimmy shouted, and we ran a far distance away before we stopped to rest. "Well," Scout said, panting. "That'll write an interesting chapter in your book."
