"KIK" Chapter Two.

CHAPTER TWO: JESSICA'S POINT OF VIEW.

I want to sing I want to shout, I want to scream til' the words dry out. So put it in all of the papers, Im not afraid you can read all about it read all abo- I turned the alarm off and looked at the clock, 6 in the morning. I heaved myself out of bed and walked to the bathroom, turning on the shower and then getting some clean towels whilst it warmed up. I got some clean underwear and took that in the bathroom with me as well, then closed the door. I hopped in and soaked up the warm refreshing water. I did my usual routine and then stayed in for a few more minutes to wake myself up. I hopped out and dryed myself, putting on my clean underwear and putting my hair in a towel. I walked to my wardrobe and got changed into my school uniform, which was a black highwaisted skirt, a white shirt tucked in and then a black cardigan with some pumps. I walked over to my dressing table and put on my usual amount of mascara, seeing as eyeliner would be to obvious. I looked at my eyes and noticed that they were bright green today instead of brown. I took my hair out of the towel and dried it a bit so it was damp but enough to dry naturally, which unfortunately was curly. I got my phone, Ipod and school bag and walked downstairs to where my family were talking in the kitchen. I checked my kik to see if I had a message from Nick and I didnt. Thats weird. He usually messages me in the morning to say have a great day at school or something? I shrugged it off and made myself a glass of apple juice and said bye to my parents as I walked to the end of my road to meet Sophie and Shannon. They turned up a few minutes later and we made our way to school, just catching up on stuff that wasnt really interesting. 

We arrived to school in half an hour which meant that the time was now 8:20, 10 minutes until school starts. We walked into school and went to our lockers. The good thing about being in Year 11 is that we all get top lockers. Me and Shannon had top lockers next to eachother in the maths corridor and Sophie and Jo had top lockers in the english corridor. I took out my usual stuff which was my planner, pen and pencil and walked with Sophie to her locker where we were meeting Jo. Jo was already at her locker and she had her back to us so I decided to scare her. I crept behind her back and tapped her shoulder. She jumped and turned around, glaring at me. "Jessica! Thats not very nice?" I chuckled and hugged her slightly. "Sorry, carry on at your locker." Sophie and Shannon laughed and Jo went back to her locker and got her stuff ready. The bell went off signalling that classes were starting now, so me; Sophie, Shannon and Jo powerwalked to Science hoping that we would arrive on time. We got there a few minutes late and the teacher was taking the register. "Jessica! Sophie! Shannon! Jo! Where have you been?" I raised my eyebrows and sighed. "Honestly Miss! We've been here the whole time?" She stared at me for a bit and went back to the register to change it. The whole class looked at me and chuckled. "Right lets get back to work!" I groaned and sat on the stool hoping 2 hours went quickly. 

NICK'S POINT OF VIEW.

"This school looks so clean!" I raised my eyebrows at Niall and the boys chuckled. "Jess says the headteacher is a bitch from hell." They laughed and we walked to the office. "Hello Nick. Are you here to see Claire?" I nodded at the middle-aged women and she typed something into the computer and then nodded at us to go see her. The plaque on the door stated Claire Mills. I had spoken to her a few times on the phone and she seemed nice. Jess said different. I knocked on the door and I heard a faint reply and cautiously I opened the door. She looked up from her laptop and smiled when she saw us. "Hello boys!" The boys all said hello and I waved. "Jess has double science first, break, maths, lunch and then double drama. She is going to be very suprised with what your doing for her. Shes a very smart student. She has A* in every subject. Shes going to go far." The boys all gasped and I grinned madly. "Thats my Jess." She smiled. "You must be very proud of her." I nodded. "I am shes my bestfriend." She nodded and waved us off and went back to her work. The boys started doing their warm ups whilst the team set up the stage and instruments in the Cafeteria Hall. I pulled out my phone and browsed through Twitter, whilst I waited for the 2 hours to be over.

"I fucking hate science!" Sophie, Shannon and Jo groaned in reply. We powerwalked out of the science block and made our way to the Cafeteria Hall. "Jess I need to pee!" I turned to face Shannon who was jumping on the spot and I raised my eyebrows, holding back the laughter. "Okay. Lets go pee!" We hurried to the bathroom and let Shannon do her business. I leant against the skin and looked at all the flaws on my face that stood out. I could feel Jo and Sophie staring at me as I did so but I couldnt help it. My face wasnt smooth and spot free, there were the odd spots that always seemed to poke their way through no matter what I did. My dimples were always there and I hated them no matter how many people complimented how cute they looked. I think otherwise. "Jess your beautiful. Please stop." I turned to Sophie who was standing there with her arms crossed with a disappointed look in her eyes. "Im sorry. I cant help it." She sighed and grabbed my arms making me look at her. "Jessica! You are beautiful and no one should ever tell you different. Your my bestfriend in the whole wide world and I hate to see you put yourself down over tiny things. As some famous person one did say, imperfections make a person perfect." I smiled and she hugged me tightly, squeezing all the air out of me. "Lets go have food!" Shannon washed her hands and we powerwalked to the foodhall to eat.

Jess should of came out of class 5 minutes ago! Where the fuck was she? The boys had already sung Up All Night and were just about to start I Should've Kissed You. Most of Jess's year had come in and I was just waiting for her familiar face to peek through the crowd. I was tucked at the side of the stage where no one could see me. No one knew this suprise was for Jess execept the teachers, the boys and me. A few more students came in and I checked once again for her face, but slumped back in defeat when it didnt appear. Where is she?

JESSICA'S POINT OF VIEW.

"Guys, I can hear music?" We were about 10 seconds away from the Cafeteria Doors and I could hear the thumping sound of drums and a bass. The girls exchanged glances with me and we quickened our speed to the doors. There was a huge crowd and Im claustraphobic but we pushed our way through, ignoring the comments as we did so. I found a gap and stood there, coming face to face with the biggest boyband ever. One Direction. Jo, Sophie and Shannon joined either sides of me and gasped. They all looked at me and I couldnt tear my eyes away from the boys standing there singing I Should've Kissed You. Harry caught my eyes and poked Liam in the stomach. Liam turned his gaze towards me and got all the other boys attention. They looked to the side of the stage where I saw someone standing and nodded madly. The music finished and they got ready to talk. "Hello Brighton Community School!" Everyone cheered and I rolled my eyes. Everyone here was two faced. Most of the people in here hated One Direction and now they were sucking up to them, expecially the girls. "We are here for an amazing person today. But I think we should let Nick over here explain." The boys turned to the side of the stage and the person that was iding at the side came onto the stage and scanned the crowd for something or someone. "We're here today because my bestfriend goes to this school and its a suprise for her." Everyone gasped and I heard a few comments of who is it and Nick obviously heard because he caught my eye and winked. I raised my eyebrows and hid behind Sophie. "You want to know who it is? The person is Jessica." Everyone knew who I was, seeing as I was the only Jessica in our year hard to believe I know, its a common name. Jo laughed as I hid behind Sophie and Shannon as people tried to look for me. "Jess dont hide, come out!" I rolled my eyes and I heard laughing. "Shes here!" I looked to see who shouted and I saw Liam Payne. "Liam Payne put me down. NOW!" He picked me up and carried me to the stage, but did it in a way so my underwear wouldnt flash to everyone. When we got to the stage he set me down and Nick englufed me in a hug. "Love you Jess." I hugged back tighter. "Love you too Nickie" There was a stool in the centre of the stage and Nick led me to it, sitting me down gently so I was facing the crowd. I could see Sophie, Shannon and Jo smiling madly and screaming. "We're going to sing What Makes You Beautiful!" I raised my eyebrows at my friends and Sophie mouthed I told you so. The boys started singing and I let myself get carried away to the music like the crowd.
