Missing

LIAM'S P.O.V

Megan just left. She left. I mean, what if something happens to her? I didn't think she would react that bad. I mean, sure it's wrong I didn't tell her but she could have at least stayed until we left tomorrow. Maybe she just went back to Delaney's. Should I go see? I doesn't hurt to check.

I make my way out the door and to my car, starting it and driving to Delaney's. When I get there all the lights are off. I knock on the door with no answer. Strange. Maybe she knows it's me. I try opening the door with no luck. Luckily I know where she hides the key. Don't ask me how. That being said, I grab it from under the bush and unlock the door. I go inside and search the house but nothing. Delaney must have gone on a trip because some of her things are gone. Where else am I suppose to-Wait! Her house. Well, her mum's house. I drive to her mums house and go up to the door knocking. Her mum answers wearing baking mitts and an apron.

"Liam?" She seems shocked to see me.

"Hello Kate. I was wondering if Megan happened to come here?" I ask a bit awkwardly.

"Yea she did. She also told me what happened." She crosses her arms, looking at me.

"I didn't mean to make her upset." I say.

"Liam it's fine. She actually went back to your flat to spend your last day home with you. She should be there by now. She left a while ago." She says.

"What?" I ask, astounded.

"Yea. Although she only agreed when I mentioned it. She said she'll go back to being mad when she comes home tomorrow." She nods.

"Okay. Well thank you. I'll see you soon. Bye." I smile, turning and walking away. I drive back home and go inside.

"Megan? Megan! Are you here?" I yell through the house. I walk into the kitchen where Lou and Zayn are talking.

"Have you guys seen Megan?" I ask hurriedly.

"No, I thought she left." Zayn says.

"She was suppose to come back. She should be here by now." I say.

"Maybe she stopped by the store or something." Lou reassures.

"Yea. Alright, well, I'm gonna be up in my room. Tell her to come up when she gets here." I say and they nod. I walk up to my room and slump down on my bed. I grab my laptop and plug my headphones in, going on twitter and listening to music. I end up falling asleep for a couple hours.

I wake up with a start and jump out of bed rubbing my eyes awake. I jog down the stairs, searching for Megan.

"Guys. Has Megan come back yet?" I ask Lou who's sitting on the couch.

"No." He says, focusing more on the game than me.

"Where the hell is she?" I ask quietly to myself as I walk to the kitchen, leaning against the counter. I call her phone but it goes straight to voicemail. Now is the time to get worried. Maybe she went back to her mums. Maybe she decided not to come back home. But wouldn't her mum call? What if-No. It couldn't-could it?

"Guys?" I call out and they all come in.

"Yea?" Harry asks.

"I-" I start, still in deep thought,

"What if Megan got taken, or went missing. Or ran away, or got killed." I start naming things.

"You're over thinking this Liam." Lou says.

"No. It's been-" I look down to check my watch.

"Four hours. It doesnt take four hours to walk here from her mums." I say loudly.

"Alright. Call her mum, maybe she decided to go back." Zayn says.

"Wouldn't she call to tell me?" I ask, facing him.

"I don't know. Just do it incase." He orders. I pull out my phone and call her mum.

"Hello Liam." She says, answering.

"Hello. Uh, I was wondering if Megan decided to go back home or something?" I ask.

"No, she didn't. Isn't she there?" She asks, worry clear in her voice.

"No, she's not." I say, worried.

"Oh god." She starts to panic.

"I'm going to look for her." I say.

"Let me know if you find anything." She says, as worried as can be.

"Alright. I'll let you know." I end the call.

"No. She didn't go back." I say, worried.

"Alright. Let's wait a bit longer. Maybe she went to the store or something. If she's not back by eleven, we'll call the police." Zayn says and I nod. I know she didn't go to the store. My Megan is missing.
