Kidnapped || Unexpected Turns

Chapter 2

Serena's POV

"Who is that?" Andrea asked.
"I don't know." I replied.
"Look at what he's wearing." She pointed out. He suddenly came into the light as a car drove past. I recognise him. I've seen him before......

*FLASHBACK  TO WHEN SHE SAW HIM*

"Where are you guys? I'm already at the metro." I spoke into the phone. I'm currently waiting at the metro for my friends to come. We have plans to go the cinemas to watch a movie.
"Calm down we're 5 minutes away." Andrea replied.
"Ok hurry!" I cut the call and sat on the seat.

I looked to my left and then to my right, there was a crowd forming around the ceiling tv. I slowly got up made my way towards it. You could hear the people gasping as they heard the news. I was coming near to the crowd but the crowd started to disappear.

By the time I got to the tv there was only one person left who was still staring at the tv. I went up to him and tapped his shoulder, "Excuse me—?" He turns around. I jolt back as I realise he is wearing a mask, but I could see his greyish green eyes and a scar under his left eyebrow. His fists were clenched, the knuckles turning a pale white and I could see the veins in his arms. I suddenly felt cold and unwelcome. "What!!" He says through gritted teeth in a angry deep tone.

"Nothing nothing!" I said defensively and backed away. I quickly turned around and walked back to the seat and sat down. I looked back to my right to see if he was still there but he wasn't. I wonder who he was, and why he had a mask covering his face. Why was he in such an angry mood? Why was he staring at the Tv? All of these thoughts are driving me crazy.I look up to see my friends walking through the small crowd. I get up and wave my hands so they can spot me. They all spotted me and waved back and started to walk towards me. When they reached Andrea looked at me and then her expression changed into a worried one.

"What happened?" She asked. Oh god did I make a face again.
"Nothing happened." I lie and start to laugh to shrug it off. I see the train coming so I decide to divert all the attention to it instead of me.
"Look the train is here!" I exclaim as I get up, everybody looked over and started to walk towards the entrance.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

He's wearing a black leather jacket and black jeans and he had that mask that Ive seen before. I went to go open the door but my hands were trembling and I can't move my legs. Andrea saw the state of me and decided to go open the door. She didn't seem scared like me.

She opened the door slowly and said "Can I help you?". He turned around to face her. He moved slowly pulling something out of his jacket. It was a gun.

Andrea started to move back as she saw the gun. Her hand still on the handle, she tried to push the door closed but he stopped it with his foot and with force he pushed the door open. Andrea fell back due to the amount of force he put. I quickly tried to close the door but came to a hand catching my hand and forcing me on to the floor next to Andrea. He took the advantage and locked the door behind him.

I could see a slight hint of sanity in his eyes. Maybe he came here for help. Maybe he came here to kill us. Maybe he's is a psycho killer and is trying to kill everybody he sees. I had mixed emotions and I felt a little sick. My head started to spin but then it stops and I realise he has his gun still pointing to us, I put my hands up in surrender. I look to Andrea and she does the same. He looks at me with his cold greyish green eyes. I straight away knew who it is. He even has the scar under his left eyebrow.

The way he put his eyebrows up when he saw me. Maybe he recognised me. He looked at Andrea and then back at me. He slowly moved his index finger up to (I assume) his mouth in a shushing way. I could hear the police sirens from outside the house. The sirens started to fade away as the police drove away. I still cannot believe this is happening. I noticed that he still had his mask on. "Take of your mask." I tell him. He looks at me. Completely ignoring me he reaches into his jacket and pulls out a pen and a notebook, he starts to write. Okay this is getting really confusing.

He stops writing and rips the paper and tosses it at me. I open the paper and it said.....

READ OUT LOUD.
I DO NOT SPEAK BUT I WILL TELL YOU ORDERS.
YOU WILL FOLLOW THE ORDERS AND I WILL NOT SHOOT YOU.
I WILL WRITE YOU WILL TALK.
NO ONE IS TO COME OR GO FROM THIS HOUSE.

I read it out loud. Me and Andrea both look at each other realising the situation that we are in.
