Love Across the Stars {Doctor Who Story}

Chapter 4

"What's going to happen to the Doctor?" Rachel said, panicking a little.

"I'm going to regenerate." The Doctor said, while we got him into the TARDIS.

"Regeneration is when every single cell in his body changes, plus his outside appearances." I said, explaining it to a quite confused Rachel.

"It's probably going to start in a few mi-" Said the regenerating Time Lord, who burst into flames, changing everything about him.

Rachel screamed, right in the line of fire. I ran over to her and pushed her out of the way.

"What was that for?!" Asked Rachel, who was red in the face and the knee.

"I told you not to wear a skirt," I said to her, seeing her scraped knee. 

The console floor is rough, Goodness! I thought, seeing my ripped clothing.

All of a sudden, a blast of energy came from the Doctor.

Rachel and I both fell down the stairs by the door to the rest of the TARDIS. I stood immediately, while Rachel took more damage. 

I slowly helped her up. "Thanks. Next time I'll take your advice." She said. We both laughed.

"So, how do I look?" Said an American accent.

"Who was that? You're the only one with an American accent." Rachel said to me.

I turned to where the old, fragile was to see a fresh, new, I'm-totally-23 face with fiery-red hair in a coif/quiff.

"Hey, American accent! That's new!" He said. "Rachel, or Alli, mirror."

I threw him my pocket mirror. "IM FINALLY A GINGER!" He shouted aloud. He smiled with joy. "It's been a wish for a long time.. ooh, nice hair! It's in a coiff."

He kept admiring himself. "You mean a quiff?" I said back.

He gave me the stare. "You going to start this thing?"

"Yes," I said, heading to the levers.

Hello! Finally, the Doctor is a ginger! I've always told my brother he should be the Doctor bc he'd be the first ginger doctor. I was so busy with homework I only got to write part of this chapter so sorry for the people who were expecting it. I love you and I'm working on the next chapter!
