"I'm Charlie and you are my angels" Rose joked as she addressed her new team.

Tough crowd she thought as they smirked. She began to delve further into her plan. As she spoke her confidence soared, she was going to make Rafael and his family pay for what they did. However there was one thought that kept Rose going.

She was going to win Luisa back.

Luisa thought nothing of this nice young man bringing her pie, in fact it was the first nice thing that had happened to her in a while. Finally she thought, her life was taking a turn for the better.

Luisa invited the man in for a coffee and found herself chatting easily with him.

3 months later...

"That sociopathic bitch" Bobby exclaimed.

"Tell me about it" Luisa mumbled. She had finally told Bobby the 'greatest love story ever told'. Luisa felt at peace, she wasn't in contact with Rose, she hadn't touched a drop of alcohol since her meeting with Rose and Rafael. And Bobby had become her room mate. Luisa smiled at this, she felt FAR too old to have a room mate. But something about Bobby made her feel safe, something oddly familiar.

Luisa had never met someone quite like him. The two loved all of the same things, even the small things that didn't matter. Like the fact they both hated the smell of rain or shared the same spiritual interests. Or even that fact that they both loved roses...

The pair got up at the same time and went to yoga everyday, they were inseparable.

When Bobby had to do some laundry Luisa thought nothing off it until he called and encouraged her to speak to her brother. You're right Luisa thought, it's time I become a proper Aunt to Mateo and the twins. She dialled Rafael's number and stood on the balcony, feeling the cool breeze wash over her.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Raf, it's me."

"oh.. I'm kinda in the middle of something? Could I call you ba-

"Wait! it'll only take a second, I wanna become a proper Aunt" Luisa spat out.

"what?"

Frustrated Luisa repeated herself. The two siblings spoke for an around thirty minutes until they both arranged a date they were happy with. When they said bye Luisa was so filled with joy she felt as though she would burst. But after a while the all too familiar ache returned.

Although Luisa had convinced herself and Rafael she wanted nothing to do with Rose she knew this would never be true. You are never really done with someone that you love. Their always with you.

Luisa rushed to fix her hair as she shouted a quick goodbye to Bobby. She drove to a quaint coffee shop Rafael had suggested.

Rafael embraced Luisa in a tight bear hug, seeming genuinely happy to see her. They talked for a while about how the kids are coping and what's been happening between Jane and Micheal. Luisa's face grew red at the mention of Micheal. She still couldn't accept Rose could do something so vicious and malicious.

Rafael sensing Luisa's discomfort changed the subject to a brunch that Jane and Petra set up. You can come meet the whole family Rafael suggested a smile tugging at his lips. Perfect Luisa agreed. She felt slightly nervous as she hadn't seen the 'family' for so long.

When she told Bobby he seemed, to put it plainly, fake. Although he smiled there was something about the way he laughed that rubbed Luisa the wrong way.

Brunch went amazing, it went better than Luisa could have ever dreamed. She couldn't get over how grown up the kids were since she last saw them. Although Jane was very protective of Mateo getting to know her by the end of the meal she was promising Luisa could babysit him. The twins were harder to please but they would eventually come round Rafael joked. Luisa felt enlightened and completely overwhelmed at connecting with her family. She couldn't understand how she could've loathed family get togethers all those years ago.

When Luisa arrived home she relaxed with a glass of wine, thrilled and excited to tell Bobby all about it. She wandered around waiting for him to arrive, just as she was about to call him she caught sight of something shining on the floor.

Bobby had left his laptop open. Luisa bent down to log him out when a file caught her eye. It was the number that Rafael talked to Luisa about. Nervous she opened the file, the screen went dark as a plethora of green code appeared. Shaking she took a picture with her phone. As she scrolled through it she stopped landing on a link. She double clicked as it redirected her to  a picture. It was of Luisa sleeping soundly from the night before. What the fuck. Frightened, she bit her lip as her vision grew blurry.

Just as she logged out Bobby arrived home.

That night she heard him speaking quietly to himself in a foreign language. Luisa was torn she didn't know what to do. Who was Bobby? What was that file? Trembling she sent a message to the last person she  expected to help her, Petra.

Luisa didn't usually get on with Petra but she decided that if anyone was going to call her out on paranoia it would be her. She texted Petra if they could meet urgently. Petra replied within an hour, agreeing to meet. The two met up the next day and Luisa told her about Bobby and the picture. Petra seemed revolted by the pictures on Luisa's phone and for once believed her. She advised Luisa to stay away from him, that she would hire a PI to look into matters.

A few days later Luisa received an email. Bobby Smith was dead. Petra's PI couldn't find anything regarding the file or his true identity but was convinced he was dangerous.

Petra kindly offered Luisa a place at the Marbella and said she'd meet her in room 201. Luisa scrambled a few items and left a note for Bobby saying she would be out of town for a while. She drove slowly to the hotel holding back frustrated tears, why did this always happen to me? she thought. When Luisa finally arrived she quickly made her way to the room. When she arrived she saw Petra lying still in the middle of the room.

Luisa rushed to her side and shook her, "Petra?". She grew worried as there was no reply and searched for her phone to call an ambulance. She jumped as Bobby appeared from the shadows.

"What have you done?!" Luisa whispered.

"Sleeping" he giggled, "She is sleeping. SLEEPING!"

"I don't understand, what do you mean?"

"Sleeping! I put her to sleep! Now she is sleeping..."
