Chapter 3 - Amusement park

Y/N's POV

Saturdays.  I don't like weekdays because of school but I don't also like weekends.

Why? Well I usually spend my time during weekends inside killing myself slowly by boredom.  It doesn't help me either that I'm the type that gets bored easily.  As I was about to turn on the TV in attempt to free myself from being so bored, my friend suddenly texted me to come to the amusement park with them.  

Well. Here. I. Am. 

At the amusement park with Caren and Chloe.  Honestly, I don't know why we're here but I hope it would free myself from my boredom zone. 

The next thing I know? They drag me to roller coaster rides and practically kill my eardrum.  I don't really like heights nor roller coasters but for some reason, my friends-who adored roller coasters were screaming.

Wait, that's a normal reaction when your excited during a roller coaster ride isn't it? Well I wouldn't really know since this is my first time I guess.  My bad.

So, if they were dragging me everywhere...how the hell did I lose them?  They aren't even responding to my calls.  I really did lose them...

Well if I can't find them, I might as well leave this darn place already.  It's their fault for not responding to my calls I guess.  

I turned around and messaged them telling them that I was going home since I couldn't find them.  Before I could even leave though, I bumped into someone and fell ontop of him/her.  

I open my eyes that I closed during the impact and was about to open my mouth to say sorry too before I saw who it was.  

So I ended up staying silent my mouth still opened slightly. 

I quickly got off the person and looked at him

"Sorry about that Yeonjun" I said as I watched him get up.

"Its fine Y/N, say what are you doing here?" questioned Yeonjun

"I was with my friends before I got separated. They aren't even responding to my calls so I was on my way yo head out of here." I said responded looking away

"I see...well since your here already do you mind accompanying me?" said Yeonjun

"....accompany?" I questioned

"Uhh word word...maybe...ah I got it!" said Yeonjun struggling to find the correct word, "hang out. Do you want to hang out with me?"

"...I dont know.." I responded my expression doubtful

"Please! Since your already here and all, wouldn't it be better if you stayed a little while? Besides, I kind of got ditched by my friends.." said Yeonjun his voice lowering as he said the last part

Overhearing the last part I couldnt help but break into a smile.  He noticed this and smiled laughing nervously

"Kind of stupid huh?" He questioned

"Maybe. But I'll stay for a while. Come on, lets go" I said still smiling at him

"Thank you! Y/N~" said Yeonjun taking my hand and running

Having no choice I ran to keep up with him but I was confused.

Why was he holding my hand? What was with the way he said my name? Why was I smiling like that at him? Why didn't I just leave?

Fate really does have a odd sense of humour.
