Chapter 18 - Literature Assignment

Stupid me.

I just was so mad I spewed out my anger...

I probably even made them mad at me..

But..they went along with her... right?

It is for the best.

I can finally go back to being the under the radar girl.

Just ba-

A sudden ringtone which I recognized as mine interrupted my thoughts as I looked at the callers name.

...it was Taehyun

I was about to accept the call but then I remembered what happened today.

...I cant talk to him right now.

I groan and just let it ring sighing with guilt.

Even if I'm like this though..I still need to get some fresh air...

I looked at my phone which had stopped ringing so I quickly called Chloe.

"Hello?" I heard Chloe pick up

"Chloe are you free right now?"

"Yeah I am, why-wanna hang out somewhere or something" questioned Chloe

"Yep, come and pick me up?"

"I be there in 5" said Chloe and she hung up and I smiled

At least I had some people I could talk to without feeling guilty...

I quickly got ready and I heard the doorbell ring causing me to run down the stairs.

"Going somewhere?" My mother asked

"Its Chloe"

"Have fun" said my father nodding to me briefly

I smiled at my parents who I barely got to see due to their working life

"I will"

I open the door and smiled at a smug Chloe who had Caren behind her

"Hope you dont mind me joining" Caren said and I shook my head

"I actually wanted you to come"

"That's a first" said Chloe laughing

"there's a first for everything" I said shrugging as I got in Chloe car as she started the car.

"So, what happened Y/N? We haven't heard from you in a while." asked Caren looking at me her eyes curious.

"...."

"Did you fight with the boys?" Chloe asked 

"That right", said Caren, "you've been getting closer to those boys these past few days."

"...you knew?"

"Yep," Chloe said rolling her eyes slightly, "so spill"

"..." I sigh and give in telling them what happened during the past few hours.

"You mean Taehyun called you after?" Caren asked as Chloe parked the car and we got out.

"you should've answered stupid N/N!" Chloe said as we walked towards the mall

"...not after what happened..." 

"Whatever." Chloe says sighing, "fix it soon okay?"

After that we just finished shopping and Chloe dropped me off and...I slept.

(I was lazy...and I honestly didn't have any other ideas for this part...)

I curse at the classroom as I step into my literature class.  Not like I hate literature but I sit next to Yeonjun.  After what happened yesterday...

it's probably going to be too awkward.

As if that wasn't the worst so far...

"Don't think I forgot about the little assignment you were supposed to do!" the professor said smirking at us as we widened our eyes at her

Crap...I have to go up with Yeonjun and ask 10 questions each...

I caught Yeonjun staring at me his eyes looking sad and happy at the same time. 

What was he thinking..? Damn it...

When it was our turn, Yeonjun quickly got up and waited for me as we went in front of the class.

"What's your favorite color?" Yeonjun asked clearly actually interested

Might as well play along...10 questions each...

"F/C(favorite colour). What's yours?"

Yeonjun smiles at me briefly knowing what I was doing.  However knowing the teacher we both know we couldnt ask such simple questions the whole time

"Mine is blue(okay so I'm just hurrying to write as much as possible so I honestly dont know what is his favourite color..and if I do i forgot it atm)" he said smiling

"Do you prefer cats or dogs?" He asked. Honestly...oh well

"Cats/dogs" (your pick)

"What's yours?"

"Dogs." He responded instantly(again-idk or I dont remember...bare with me.)

"Whens your birthday?" He asked. Well that's a nice question...on the corner of my eye vision I see my professor nodding and smiling at our...quite simple questions.

However...I couldnt help but notice there was still a distance or a invisible wall built between us...and it was probably because of what happened yesterday.

"(Birthday month and date" I respond after my thinking to my self zone, "I already know yours so what's your favorite season?"

"Winter I guess" Yeonjun responded and smirked, "mind explaining what happened yesterday?"

I froze.

So I'm going to make this quick cuz I gtg to school in 2 min. 

The question answers from yeonjun are probably not the right answers.  I was in such a hurry I didnt remember in time.
