She saved me in October
When the leaves turned shades of amber
And my heart was about
To give in
To a rhythm of silence
And my voice
Was about to fade
Into solitude
My mind reminiscent
Of everything
I had ever done wrong
But then
She took me by the hands
Without a single touch
My eyes were drowning
In a world of tears
She told me
There is still so much to live for.
