Ben POV 1780
It's been five years since I have arrived here and Washington hires me to be Captain and Hamilton is his secretary. So we are here at the Winter Ball with other soldiers.
" Hamilton you know what we have in common ", Burr says playfully elbowing Hamilton.
"What?", Hamilton says smirking.
"Where reliable with the ladies!", Hamilton and Burr yell.
Hamilton, Burr, Hercules Mulligan, John Laurens, and Lafayette start talking about and drooling over ladies then one part of their conversation peaks my interest.
"The Schuyler sisters are the envy of all, Yo if you could marry a sister you rich ", Burr says smirking.
"Is it a question of if Burr or which one ",I say smirking .
"Oooh", all the guys say.
"There is no way you could catch up a sister ", Laurens says laughing.
"Yah sorry Captain Muller your flirting is your weak point ", Mulligan says laughing.
"I have to agree with John and Herc on this one , sorry ", Hamilton says laughing.
They continue chatting and I tune them out and continue to drink my drink. Then I notice the Schuyler sisters and there are with .......Alice. I haven't seen Alice since I left her that day. To this day I still kinda feel bad. I put down my drink and slowly start to walk towards her.
"Hello madam ", I say kissing her hand.
The stares at me and I notice a little blush. "What are you doing here?", she asks.
"I could ask you the same thing ", I say smirking.
"I'm here to enjoy myself and not be bothered by people like you. ", she says looking away from me.
"Oh you might have to deal with me a lot more coming soon " I say smirking.
"Why?" , she asks confused.
"You know Hamilton and me our buds ", I say taking her hand.
"Oh god seriously? Poor Eliza ", she says sighing.
"Yep, anyway would you like to dance?", I say smiling.
She nods and we start slow dancing. I stare into her eyes and she stare back . She quickly turns her head and I notice her blushing.
"Alice, I missed you ", I say blushing for a second.
"Oh thank you ", she says blushing and smiling.
Alice POV
"Oh thank you ", I say as I feel my cheeks heat up.
He looks so handsome oh god I wish Angelica or Eliza was here to help me. I'm soo awkward , I don't think he likes me like that anymore.
