Arranged Marriage

Chapter 3

I followed behind him until we reached his porch. We faced each other and tried to ignore the awkward silence building in the atmosphere. But then yours truly decided to break it. No, not him, me.

"So..." I started off but all I managed to get was a strange look from him.

"Look, I'm not interested in this whole marriage thing so please keep your expectations low, okay? he said to me and then walked off. Tf. So you're telling me that I'm about to marry this jerk? I appreciate the honesty but come on.

I just decided to roam around the house to stretch the time. Then as I was strolling by the bedroom area, you wouldn't even guess what I saw. No! That Jungkook boy wasn't making out with anyone. What is up with your minds?

It was the cutest little husky puppy ever. I swear, I'm in love with these species. It was a white and gray puppy with blue eyes. I picked it up and started to play with it. Hmmm... I wonder what's its name...

"That's Wolfie" a voice said out of nowhere. I quickly turned around to find the person to whom the voice belongs. It was a girl with straight hair, brown eyes and she was wearing a floral dress and pink heels. I like her style tho.

"Sorry, I'm Jisoo, Jungkook's sister and I figure you already met him since, you know.." she said.

"Nice to meet you." I put down Wolfie and let her run along.

We started to chat and she showed me around the house. She even told me how her brother is and how he isn't very open out to people. She said that he has to tell me something personally that she can't but I figure it's something not so good.

Then a servant approached us. " Mr. and Mrs. Jeon has requested you presence in the living room area" with that she bowed to me and Jisoo, then left. We immediately made our way downstairs to where both of our parents were.

"So I see you've already met Jisoo here" Mrs. Jeon said to me.

"Anyways.. We are leaving you here to spend the night so that you can start getting used to the surroundings" mom said to me. What? But I wanna go home to my bed!! MY BED!!!!!

"Don't worry we already made arrangements so you should be comfortable. Just let me know if you need anything" Mrs. Jeon said to me.

"We'll be leaving now " dad said to them.

"Enjoy your stay dear" mom said to me.

After they left, I was given the guest room to sleep in but Jisoo insisted that we have a sleep over so that was the plan. We did each other's nails and chatted until we drifted off to sleep. Hey, what became of Mr. Jerkkook?
