*~Cafeteria~*"Dude, I can't believe we graduate in 3 months!," Elijah says. "I'm not ready to grow up!", Braden whines," I still have the mentality of a 5 year old!" "Tea", I say. "Honestly, I'm just ready to move out of my parents house!," Alex says," They've been aggravating me lately." "Or...maybe it's because you've been having attitude problems lately", Sub claims. Alex crosses his arms.
"Okay, maybe I have been a little moody lately, so what?", he asks. "Is something bothering you?", I ask,"Do we need to talk?" "No!", he yells. "Alex, what have we told you about yelling so loudly!", Sub says. "Sorry," he says.
Elijah and Braden giggle a little. "Someone's on their boy period," Braden giggles. "Shut up! That's not even a thing!," Alex says, rolling his eyes. "You weren't lying when you said you have the mentality of a 5 year old", Sub jokes. "Like a 5-year old knows what a period is," Alex says. "Well this 5 year old does!", Braden says, pointing to himself and giggling," Besides, kids these days know way too much, so you never know." I chuckle a little.
"Hey, gays!", Kyle says, walking up to our table. "Great, another person that I want to punch", Alex groans," What?" Kyle sits next to Alex. "Do you want to-" Alex cuts him off. "No."
"You don't even know what I have to say!", Kyle whines. "Fine, What?", Alex snaps. "Jeez...anyways, I was wondering if you'd like to maybe, you know...hang out or something after school," he says. Alex gives him a puzzled look.
"Or you asking me on a date?", he asks. Kyle nervously laughs. "It's more like, a friend date", he says. "But, we're not friends?", Alex asks. "Kyle, Alex is taken by Garrett, and has been for the last year, just accept it already and get over him!", I snap. Kyle rolls his eyes and walks away.
"Thanks", Alex says," He's been hitting on me a lot lately." "I thought he stopped having a crush on you", Braden says. "Nope!"

"Well, bye guys!," I say, getting up to leave the table. We go our separate ways.
~*Class*~
I walk into a room full of people. I sit next to my partner, Garrett.
"Hey, Garrett", I say. "Hey...", he says sadly. "What's up with you?", I ask. "Oh, well, Alex is upset with me", he sighs," I don't know what I did wrong but he hasn't talked to me in two weeks. He's basically been avoiding me." He fiddled with his pencil.
"He's also mad his parents", he says," I think something happened at his home but me? I don't know what I did." "He'll get over it. I promise", I say," I mean, it is Alex we're talking about." He laughs a little. "You're right!"
I hear a tapping noise coming from the front of the room. "Okay class, shut up and listen up!", our teacher, Mr. Cox, speaks," Today I'm going to be assigning you a partner from a different period to study wit for exams next month! They should be arriving at any mome-"
He gets interrupted by someone bursting into the class room. "Hello, sister students! I'm here!," a familiar voice yells. I look over to see Braden and some other students walk into the classroom.
"See you're getting the hang of it, sister Braden", James, a boy who I never really talked to, says. Braden blushes. "Thanks!"
"Mr. Welsh! You know that is not an appropriate way to enter a classroom!", Mr. Cox states firmly. "Sorry" He shakes is head and looks at his clipboard.
"So, here are the study partners", he starts. I zone out, staring at how beautiful my boyfriend was, which I mean, he always looks beautiful. I loved his white and black aesthetic he had going on today.
Black and white checkered vans, black and white flower crown, black shorts, black and white striped shirt, and a black bomber jacket, with white roses on the both sleeves. I am a little surprised that he wasn't wearing pastel, as he usually does.
"Braden and Denis!," Mr. Cox says. I perk my head up and see Braden walking towards me, smiling. "Hey, babe!", he says," I can't believe that we're partners!" "Oh, yeah! That's fortunate." "I can't wait to spend everyday in 5th period with you", he says. I laugh a little.
"I mean, we see each other everyday", I say," Heck you even live with me!" "I know, I know but I get to see you for an extra hour now!", he says, smiling. I roll my eyes and smile.
"Okay class, let's get to studying!"
~*Time Skip*~
"So, are we ready to begin our study date?," I ask. "Yes, we are", he says, pulling out his notes and another book. I do the same.
"Can you believe that we're graduating soon?", he asks," And I'm going to graduate at 17!" "Yeah, I'm graduating at 18", I say," We get out June 17th right?" He nods.
"I can't wait to leave and go to college," he says. I grab his hand and look into his eyes. "And I can't wait to get married to you", I say, smiling. He blushes and smiles softly. "Same" He lays his head on my shoulder and we sit in silence for a couple of minutes.
"Denis?", he asks. "Hm?", I hum. "Do you think that we'll be together forever?", he asks. "Of course we are! Why would you ask a ridiculous question like that?"
"Well, people say that most high school relationships don't last", he says," What if we're not together in five years? What if we get into another fight? What if we start to lose feelings for each other? Are we even in love?" My heart drops.
"Braden! No! We are in love!", I say," Why are you saying these things? Is there something you want to tell me? You're scaring me, Braden." "No, no!", he says," I love you a lot but...what you said about getting married one day scares me. I'm just...worried about the future, that's all." "Do you not want to get married?", I ask. "Of course I do! I mean, if you asked me right now I would say yes!", he says, giggling.
"Anyways, let's get off this topic and start studying." We flip to our assigned pages for today and start studying.
