A week later...
"Come on!"
Laughter rang through the field. A boy with raven black hair was running around with his little sister. The ends of her hair were silver which glowed under the sun. The boy was about 14 whereas the girl was 4. She giggled and ran after the boy.
The boy grinned and ran even further away. When he looked back, she wasn't following him. He grew worried and started running back. Turns out, the little girl fell on her knees. Her green eyes teared up. The boy's white and red eyes grew worried and hugged her.
"Come on, let's bring you back to mom and dad," the boy told her gently. The little girl nodded her head and opened her tiny arms. The little boy carried her and walked back to where he came from.
The throne room door slammed open. A woman and man sat at the head with a few other advisers and generals up front. "Mother! Father!" Both the woman and man looked up and got worried looks when they saw the little girl's head buried in his arms.
"Adrienne fell and injured herself," he told them worriedly.
The woman opened her arms and the little girl stayed in the woman's arms. "What happened sweetheart?" She asked her daughter.
The little girl looked up and her lips quivered a little. "I fell mama, I'm sorry," she told her quietly.
"You do not need to apologize, love," she looked at her father. He smiled warmly at his daughter. She smiled back and it brought joy to the family's faces. The boy stood between his father and mother and held the little girl's hand.
"Allen, bring your sister to our room. We will be there soon," the boy nodded his head and carried the little girl, Adrienne. He pinched her cheeks lightly and she giggled. They left the throne room leaving the others.
"Darling, I will handle this," the man told the woman. He kissed her head and her heart fluttered at both the kiss and how he called her 'darling'. She left the throne room to their children.
The woman looked back at her husband and smiled. Her sea green eyes sparkling leaving a flustered king. Some male advisers winked at her but she ignored them and left the room with her black hair swinging by.
~~~~~~~~~~~~"Knock knock," the woman looked up and smiled. The man walked in and sat down beside her gently and quietly. The two children had fallen asleep. "How are they?" He asked softly. The boy, Allen was sleeping with his arms around his little sister, Adrienne. The man smiled fondly at his son's overprotectiveness.
"Adrienne's wound has healed and Allen wouldn't leave her side," she smiled at their sleeping forms. The man smiles too but not at the children. He was smiling at his wife's smile. She was the love of his life. She brought joy to him even in his darkest moments.
He held her hand and she looked up. He smiled down at both their rings. It was two simple golden matching rings. They leaned forward and their lips met.
The woman never got old of his kisses. She kissed him back passionately while he smiled into it.
Both their foreheads touched as they separated. "Let's ditch them shall we, my dear?"
She smiled her eyes twinkling as he smirked. "Aren't you naughty?" she said slyly and they both stood up. He wrapped his arm around her waist. Both their black and white capes sweeping the floor behind them.
The servants, workers, soldiers, and generals in the palace smiled happily as the king and queen passed by.
~~~~~~~~~~~~"Morning," there were multiple replies of 'good morning'. Willow sat down on Poseidon's table as she rolled her food with her fork not having an appetite. Just then someone ran in.
