Bella POV

A week. That's what its been like since Rochelle's stupid ass told the world I'm pregnant. I should thank her. The world knows me and Paul are gonna be parents. All it took was for her to take a picture of my baby bump and not get negative feedback for it. My baby bump grew a lot.
Me and Paul were on the way to the hospital. We're gonna find out if its a girl or boy. I'm kinda hopeful if its a girl. I rubbed my bump. It felt like carrying a present inside. We made it to the hospital. I'm just excited and pumped altogether.
We were in the waiting room. I took a deep breath. Paul looked at me. "You ok?" He asked. I nodded. "I can't wait to know what angel we're having." I said. He smiled and kissed my cheek. I smiled excitingly. My family and his been happy about this. The doctor walked in. "Ms. Beckham?" She said. We got up from sitting. This is it.

Meanwhile, the doctor was giving a maternity test. I kept looking at the baby sonogram. I smiled. Paul held my hand. "Is it a boy or girl?" He asked. The doctor smiled. "Actually, there's two babies." She said. My jaw dropped. Two babies?
We're having..two kids?! She gave me the sonogram picture. "Congratulations, you're having twin boys." She said. This made me almost tear up. Paul was still in shock mode. "I'm having two sons? Oh my god." He said. I smiled and we kissed passionately. "I know you'll be a great father." I said. He kissed my hand. "And you'll be a great mom." He said. He kissed my bump. "Hi little guys, its your dad. I promise I'll be there for you both." He said. The doctor left us to be alone.
I sighed. Now that we'll be parents, I'm hopeful to not have the media bothering our family. "What's wrong?" He asked. I looked at him. "Just wanna make clear that no one in the industry needs to be all in our family life. I don't want any of them ruining it." I said. He rubbed my hair.
"It won't happen. I won't let it happen. Besides, you have a nice place in LA." He said. I nodded. "I know. But I want you there. We won't be having separate houses." I said. He looked at me.
"You want me to move in?" He said. I slowly nodded. "I think so. Either way, we have to be living together for our kids." I said. "Maybe you could live with me." He said. I looked at him. Live with Paul? I would definitely. I just want us to be together in one place with our kids. I sighed. "So, is that a yes?" He said. I smirked. "As long as you help with the nursery." I joked. He chuckled. We hugged. He didn't hug me tight cause of the baby.

3 months later...

Bryana helped me finish the room where my boys will be. She smiled. "It looks good." She said. I nodded in agreement. "I know. Just perfect." I said. She looked at the two blue surfboards. "Um, Bels. What's this?" She asked. I looked at them then back to her. "Oh. Paul put these surfboards in here cause when the boys get older, he would wanna teach them how to surf." I said. I smiled. She giggled. "California boys." She muttered. "I'm just glad I'm here where no paps could easily take pics a lot." I said. She nodded in understanding. "A good idea." She said. I haven't thought about their names. William's middle name was named JJ after our late grandpa. I began thinking for a minute. Bryana looked at me. "What are you thinking about?" She asked. "Names for our boys. It reminded me of William named after our grandpa." I said. She chuckled. "You know? Kylie would name her daughters with the letter K cause all her sisters name has letter Ks." She said. I scoffed. "They're Kardashians Bri." I said. That made her chuckle and did myself. My brain clicked. I know who to name my sons. "I know what to name them now." I said. She smiled excitingly. "What? Tell me!" She said. I took a deep breath. "Justin and Jason." I said.
She looked at me in awe. "That's so cute!" She said. I smiled. "Thanks. I think Paul will like it." I said. Our grandpa would be so happy my kids will have J names in his honor.
