"-I'm cooking while recording for a new video!" Jimin softly smiles at his phone as he answers the same question for the fifth time that hour, currently doing a live on Instagram with his camera on a tripod recording him at the side.

He goes back to stirring the beef stew in the pot, occasionally looking at the comments in his live chat. "The food is for whom?" He repeats a fan's comment with his head cocked to the side.

"It's for my dearest boyfriend and guests who are new to the family! I definitely won't be revealing them in the live though," Jimin grins sheepishly as he switches off the stove, letting it cool down a bit as he waits for the three to arrive.

He expects Chan and Yeonjun to come earlier since Jungkook should still be doing patrol work..?

He answers more questions as he sets up the dining table.

"Are you still working at Shining Diamonds? At the moment? No, I'm on work hiatus!"

"How's Jungkook? He's pretty busy nowadays, but alright!"

"When are you uploading your new video? It won't take a while, probably on Monday!"

"Are the new family members gay too? Not to be offensive or anything- ah well, they are a gay couple. You might want to know that I mostly surround myself with people similar to me!"

"Moving on," Jimin hums softly as he maneuvers the pot of beef stew at the middle of the table, letting out a huff as he straightens his back, "They are pretty young so please don't send any hate towards them when the video is released. My family and I would appreciate it a lot."

Suddenly, he hears the doorbell ringing, and he whips his head towards the direction of the front door with a wide smile, "That must be them!"

He quickly bids goodbye to his viewers before running to open the door, and he unlocks it with a hum, "Welcome!"

Yeonjun and Chan stood there hand in hand, while the beta held a paper bag in his empty hand. Chan exclaims happily, "Hi hyung!"

"Hey Jimin hyung, we got you a little something," Yeonjun smiles reassuringly as he passes the bag to Jimin, who takes it with a surprised expression.

Jimin pushes the door wider with his hips to allow them to step inside, "You two didn't have to. Come in, come in!"

Chan pulls Yeonjun along with him, who was a little hesitant to come inside because he felt like he was intruding. Jimin closes the door after them, ushering them to sit at the couch first before he jogs to put the paper bag in his bedroom.

Chan looks around in awe with sparkling doe eyes, and while Yeonjun does the same, he also stares at the omega shamelessly out of adore. Jimin cuts them off while he walks back to the kitchen, "Do you pups have any personal preference for drinks? I have soft drinks and juices!"

Yeonjun snaps out of it before Chan catches him staring, whipping his head to the direction of the kitchen, "I'm fine with a juice, hyung."

"Me too! I don't think a soft drink would settle comfortably in my stomach," Chan giggles as Yeonjun watches him with a whipped smile.

Jimin makes an incoherent sound in response, and Chan looks back at the beta with a charming smile, "You've been staring at me since just now."

Yeonjun blinks nonchalantly, "O-oh.. Yeah..."

He looks away shyly, but looks back again when Chan makes a whining sound from the back of his throat, "I like the attention, Yeonjun!"

Yeonjun smiles softly, nodding with his cheeks reddening, "That's good. I-I like staring at you."

"Yeah?"

"Mhm, you're really beautiful," Chan's face brightens up at the compliment, and he shyly smiles.

He leans towards the beta and whispers softly before giggling, "Well, you're really handsome."

Yeonjun shakes his head in disbelief at that, letting Chan take a hand into his. He plays with Yeonjun's hand for a while as they sit in silence, leaning towards each other as time passes.

They don't notice Jimin watching them from the island counters, with his phone recording the moment.

After some time, Jungkook arrives slightly tensed, and he gruffs out a greeting towards the couple before moving towards Jimin in the kitchen. The omega notices and manages to calm him quickly with his scent and calming phenomenons.

"You okay, Kook?" Jimin breathes out from Jungkook's shoulder, not knowing whether it's okay for him to pull away yet.

Jungkook takes a while to respond, and eventually he sighs out, "I'm okay now. Thank you."

He first pulls away with his lips forming a thin line, and Jimin presses a kiss on them just for a small smile to appear, "Tell me about it later, okay?"

"Okay."

"Come on now, Yeonjun and Chan deserve a better welcome than that."

The two couples have a great dinner together, with the camera capturing them as Chan and Jungkook bicker loudly, whilst Yeonjun talks softly towards Jimin.

"How are you guys getting home?" Jungkook asks with his eyebrow raised before he takes a sip from his glass. Chan was at the bathroom, having had to excuse himself because of his urgent bladder.

Yeonjun speaks in a hesitant manner, "We'll be taking the train back again. I'll send Chan home first before going back."

"Nonsense, how about I send you two home? Besides, I think Wonwoo hyung wants you to stay over at their place. Are you alright with that?"

"Ah... I'm not intruding or anything, right? Does Chan's dad mind...?" Yeonjun asks nervously as his fingers fidget with the hem of his shirt, and Jimin notices quickly.

Jimin shakes his head with a wide smile, "Of course not! He's the one who asked Wonwoo hyung to tell us anyway. You'll be fine there! Furthermore, tomorrow's a Saturday so you could bond with Chan's family."

Yeonjun nods quietly, not showing any signs of discomfort and Jimin just know that he's glad that Mingyu is okay with him.

Jungkook smiles softly, "Yeonjun-ah, it's time you get to know your family now."

The boy raises his head up at that, and he looks at the older with eyes growing teary as he nods, "Y-yeah."

Jimin reaches a hand over to hold Yeonjun's, which was slightly trembling, and he squeezes it as a form of comfort, "Welcome to the family, Yeonjun-ah."

The lad nods furiously, closing his eyes as he tries to force down the tears, "T-thank you... Thank you."

When Chan comes back, he sees Jimin wiping down Yeonjun's cheeks with a tissue and he gives a questioning look to Jungkook. The older only shrugs nonchalantly.

Chan goes to sit beside the beta with hesitance, and when Jimin goes to excuse himself to the kitchen, he finally holds Yeonjun's hand under the table.

The beta looks at him with a confused expression, but Chan shoots it down with a warm smile, "Is everything okay?"

Yeonjun nods quietly with a sniffle, and Chan runs his fingers through the beta's hair with his free hand as a form of comfort, "Mum called me."

"Mhm?"

"Let's have a sleepover, yeah?" Yeonjun nods again with a small smile, and Jungkook watches them with warmth blooming in his chest as Yeonjun leans into Chan's touch.

he's all grown up now.
