Jihoon came again today sipping banana milk. He had another new one in his hand.

He gave the new banana milk to haneul. Haneul stared at it.

"It's for you" Jihoon said before giving it to her. She accepted it making jihoon smile.

Haneul muttered a small smile before making a hole in the top using the straw and started drinking it.

Jihoon took a seat beside her. They both just drank the milk. The only sound heard was constant sipping sounds, birds chirping and the sound of the wind and trees rustling.

Yes, jihoon sips soundly. But haneul doesn't mind that. Atleast he was being himself and haneul liked that about jihoon.

"Why do you always wear sweatpants?"
Jihoon asked after taking a last and long sip from the bottle which was almost empty.

"Wearing them makes me feel like myself" she said as she finished her drink.

Jihoon took the empty bottle from her and went to the nearest trashcan and disposed both the empty bottles inside the trashcan.

"Oh that's understandable. I always feel like myself when i earphones too"

He said before taking a seat near haneul again. She nodded her head as she watched his moments.

After spending some more time in the garden, haneul returned to the hospital where she saw the head maid talking to the doctor in front of her hospital room.

She ignored as she went inside her room and shut the door before plopping herself on the bed.

Soon after some minutes, the maid got inside.

"Miss, I don't know how to say t-"

"Say what? That i am going to die soon?" Haneul cut off her sentence.

"The doctor said you can leave the hospital now and spend your last time in any place you like, if you want"  the maid said hesitantly, her voice low.

"No, i would like to stay here" Haneul said pulling her blankets closer to her.

"Doctor said your condition has worsened and you will only live for-"

"I don't want to know. Just leave me alone" Haneul stopped her from saying any further. She doesn't like the idea of knowing when death will take her away.

It's not she has a place she wants to visit. It's not like she had family members who genuinely cared about her, well in her view her mother doesn't. If she was, she would have already visited her daughter by now.She doesn't have friends too. Well, jihoon is there now.

That's why she wanted to stay here, even though she hated hospital. She wanted to stay so she can spend her last days with jihoon. Her only friend and the one really cared about her and the one she cared about.
