I woke up and of corse Tony wasn't there see seemed to have disappear but when I got up and sat on my bed I had a weird flashback of my dream it was about Jake

"Whatever this is a dream" I whispered to myself

I walked to the kitchen and saw on on the island a note

I walked in the kitchen and ate a bowl of captain crunch for breakfast. I didn't know why but I started to feel dizzy and then I fell down.

I woke up and I was on the couch I lifted my head but all I saw was a blurry figure and put my head back down.

I woke up and everything was fine and quiet to quiet.

"Hi claire are you feeling better?" a voice behind me said

"What?" I asked

I was wondering where that voice was coming from and I turned.

Jake.

"How did you know my location?" I asked

"Oh let's not worry about that" he said

"What time is it 6:45 in the evening"Jake said

"What!" I said

"What do you have something more important?" he asked

"No it's just that nothing never mind" I said. All I could think was that Tony is going to be here any minute.

"So what do you want?" I asked

"You" he said

There was a knock on the door and I thought about Tony

"Okay since there is a knock you answer and I'll be waiting." he said

"Okay where would you be?" I asked

" In your room I'll be right out don't worry I know your going to miss me." he said

"Okay" I said

"Coming" I said heading towards the door

"Hey" he said and leaned in for a kiss. I didn't want to kiss him because I was afraid what if I did and something bad happens to him. He seemed weird that I didn't give him a kiss but I was more focused on why he was wearing a tux.

"So why are you wearing a tux?" I asked

"Well..." he started until Jake came in

"Well,well,well oh my gosh where did you come from Jacks house?" Jake said

"What are you doing here?" Tony asked

"Well me and Claire were talking about how wonderful it would to be married to me especially to me." Jake said

"Uh sure." I said I started to shake with fear.

" Too bad"Jake said while grabbing my hair and pulled me down

I screamed I started to feel a migraine coming.

"Stop! Please don't hurt her" Tony said

"Oh do you love her?" Jake asked"well I think she loves me more and vise versa"

I saw the look on Tony he didn't look happy at all.

"No I don't I will never love you" I said

"Poor claire you don't have a say in it that's just the way it goes" Jake said

I was still on the floor while Jake and Tony were still yelling I managed to get away and go into the kitchen I went to the drawers that had the utensils and grabbed a knife. I crawled back and stood up and stabbed Jakes back. he turned to me with a look and I got scared. He pointed a gun at me and Tony grabbed his arm and punched him down to the floor Jake seemed to pass out while I dropped the knife.

"Oh my gosh get Detective Reed" I said

"Okay" Tony said while running out the door.

"Claire are you okay?"one of the security asked

"Yeah I'm fine please get him out of here" I said

"Okay he's passed out so just sit on the couch while we get detective Reed" the security said.

Tony started to massage my neck as we sat on the couch

"Are you okay?" Tony asked

"Yeah just a bit shocked" I said

"Your gonna be okay" Tony said" come relax on my lap"

I laid my head on his lap and fell asleep. It was the next mourning and Tony wasn't on the couch.

"Tony?" I called

"Yeah?" he said while popping his head out from the bedroom

"Oh my gosh I really slept threw the night?" I asked

"Yeah" he said

"What happened?" I asked

"Well Jake is in custody and he's not talking" Tony said

"Oh and what about us are we still going to be in protected custody?" I asked

"Only a little bit until they put him in prison" Tony said

"But we can leave the apartment it's just we have to check in and come back here by night" he continued

"Oh that's really cool" I said

"So what do you want to do?" I asked

"First before we go out why are you wearing a suit?" I asked

"Oh um I came back from Jacks" he said"and that nots was I really wanted to take you to a restaurant a really good one" Tony said

"Okay what if you can go back and change and we can eat somewhere together" I sad

"Yeah sounds great" he said

As I got ready into a pair of jeans and one of Tony's flannel I waited for Tony to get ready.

"Okay I'm ready" he said"what is your favorite place to eat at"he continued

"Um my favorite place would be at Farrels that one ice cream place parlor" I said

"Okay sounds great" he said while giving me a kiss

We walked out I was scared because I felt like there was a neon arrow pointing at me saying out of protective custody.

"Are you okay?" Tony asked

"Yeah" I said

"It's going to be okay" he said

"Thanks" I said

He put his arm around me and his coat from his suit on me. We walked out and I felt free it felt nice that the air was blowing on my skin and it felt nice to breathe in fresh air. Tony called the taxi and we sat in the taxi. He put his hand on my knee.

"Where are we going?" I asked

"It's a Suprise don't worry" he said while kissing me on my lips.
