Chapter 2
Recap:
•••"I thought you wouldn't want me to call you." Liam said. I sighed feeling my heart stop to skip a beat as my eyes filled with tears. Why would I not want him to call me? We were best friends for goodness sakes. I loved him like a brother and he shoves that I wouldn't want him to call me? A freaking dang stupid lie. "Heck yeah I did." I started walking to the exit feeling emotional about this. Why did I even come? It was stupid!•••
"Forget it." I tossed at him and he grabbed my arm pulling me to him.
"Felicia, you left me... So I thought you'd want to be away from everything like you always said." he said sadly.
I gave him a flat look. "You retard. If I remember correctly, I did tell you I wanted to get rid of everything and start over. But I also promised I wasn't gonna be rid of you. I wanted to have you, just not everything else." I said Angry.
He sighed running his fingers through his hair seeming like he was stressed. "Just do what you've been doing for the past three years, forget me like I'm nothing." I said glaring at him and striding away.
"I never forgot you!" Liam tried but I just laughed bitterly.
"Tell that to your little dancer, girlfriend." I said and made it out of the backstage area. I ran past the fans and stuff and got to my motorcycle and put on my helmet.
I hopped on the bike and before I could start it I heard a voice behind me. "Um... I know this isn't a good time. But like, hi."
I turned my head slowly around to see a boy standing there with his hands in his pockets and he was biting his lip. His head was ducked in a nervous position just staring at me like I was interesting enough to stare at for two hours. I sat up a bit and pulled off my helmet to give him a confused look. He blushed and took a step forward to me. He was kind of cute. But he confused me. I wanted to kiss him but then he's so adorable I want to pinch his cheeks. I suddenly felt insecure because now I have helmet hair. No wonder he's grinning right now.
I groaned trying to brush it with my fingers but he stopped me. "Hi, I never got your name back there." He said and I realized he was a part of One Direction. I frowned again feeling the tears coming once again. The winter cold made his every word more perfect as his words made small puffs of steam and I couldn't look away from him and his blue eyes.
"Felicia." I said smiling.
"It's really nice to meet you, Felicia. I'm... I'm Louis." He stuttered and right there I wanted to yell out, Aww.
But I'd embarrass him so I just giggled. "Sorry about that little drama in there. It's a long story." I said sighing.
He smiled lightly, "I understand. Do you think I could maybe get a number out of you?" He asked.
I bit my lip this time, "There's a big possibility." I flirted cheekily. What was with this boy? He was driving me insane! He was so attracting and cute I couldn't help but giggle and flirt. Something about him was so likable.
He smirked getting a little confidence now that I was agreeing to him. "Hmm. And what could I possibly do to get it?" He asked winking.
I fake sighed and pouted my lips playfully. "Oh, I don't know. Refuse a no?" I said but then turned the key and the motorcycle came to life. "I hope I'll see you later." I said putting my helmet back on and sped off, leaving him out in the cold just watching me leave. Like he'd actually try! I huffed to myself. But dang, it'd be amazing if he somehow did refuse a no from me or something. Suddenly I got second thoughts. Why did I leave that cutie back there? I so should've gave him my number. Even if he doesn't use it. He could've but now I'll never know! Crap!
I was in a mad mood now and all thoughts of Liam's left. I could easily forget Liam because all that was in my head was Louis. Louis... Cute, sweet, innocent Louis. Hot, Louis. Kissable, Louis... Darling, Louis. I am so stupid sometimes. I suddenly saw the traffic getting crowded and I groaned waiting as everyone was bumper to bumper traffic. Well, looks like a long wait till I get home.
Two hours later, it was finally going fast when suddenly I saw a figure on the side of the road and I was confused. The dude pushed his thumb out facing the direction home. I pulled over curious because he looked familiar. "Hey there." I said and he looked up grinning. "Oh my gosh..." I mumbled my eyes widening at the sight of Louis. Hitch hiking?!!?!!!
"Hey, can I get a ride from you?" He asked. I gapped stupidly. Did they leave him or what? "I asked them to drop me off here because someone was going to pick me up." He said and it was like he read my mind! "So..?" he pressed on waiting for me to answer him.
I cleared my throat trying to calm myself down. "Where are you staying?" I asked and he smiled thankfully.
"The plaza." He answered.
I nodded smirking at Louis. "Okay. May I ask, why you did this?" I asked still overwhelmed.
He shrugged. "I refuse you to say no to me." He said proudly.
I chuckled pulling him to me. "Get on." I ordered. He said, "Yes ma'am and sat on the back." He's going to put his arms around me terrified in just a moment... I thought and turned it on and he squealed wrapping his arms around my waist. I laughed. "Hold on, pretty boy." And we had a blast. He was nervous the whole time but he kept distracting me. I think I almost crashed five times when his hands would move to my thighs or my chest just a bit but I knew he was unaware where they were going, he was just walking to hold on to save himself from near death.
We got to the plaza, five star hotel and I drove around to the front. "Come inside with me!" He demanded hopping off and grabbing my hand. "Louis!" I said looking back at my bike nervously.
"I'll have someone put your baby somewhere safe for the night."
He said and suddenly I was nervous once again. Night?
"What do you mean, for the night?" I asked gulping getting worried.
"You can stay with us, don't worry we aren't doing anything bad to you. I just think I'd like to hang out with you for awhile! Your parents won't mind?" He asked biting his lip.
"I'm nineteen and living on my own. My parents won't mind as long as I don't do something bad with you. No matter how tempting you are Louis, you aren't getting anything." I stated then blushed at how forward I sounded. That was embarrassing.
He laughed. "I won't try then!" He promised and we went into the elevator. This was too good to be true!
