Faded Yellow
I smiled slightly,
Looking at the sky.
Showering its yellow lights,
Sun soon showed up.
I try to turn away
The yellow lights
I do not know why
It still reminds me
Of my past puppy love.
Things were so pretty
But we were never
Meant to be.
The sun turned away
Blue sky lit up
To heal my scars.
The pained memories
Faded away.
Time passed by
Yellow got rusted soon,
But the blue
Shook off the dust
And took a place
To be my rest.
