The birds chirped as the sun rose, there was a light breeze outside, it was neither cold nor too warm, it was nice, Emrald left the windows open at night so fresh morning air oozed in her room, it smelled as fresh as the air near waterfalls or forests, the breeze moved the white long curtains of her room, it was so calm until Emrald woke up next to Hyungwon again...

"What..what the?.. " muttered Emrald, "finally awake huh? Good morning sleeping beauty, did you sleep well?" Said Hyungwon with a smile., Emrald's face went blank, she did not have the energy to argue with him as he always has an answer to everything, she found him annoying but she also enjoys his company. Emrald got up without saying anything, when she was about to leave the futon Hyungwon grabbed her arm and gave her a light kiss on her forehead, she didn't resist, her body accepted it, it felt warm, and she blushed to her ears, still not saying anything. "Oh c'mon you're gonna keep staying quiet? Oh could it be that you already fell for me?" Asked Hyungwon, that ticked Emrald off and she slapped him while saying "Are you crazy? I'm someone who will never fall in love no matter what! I don't need men!" Then dashed out of the room. "Tch, she's cute, way too cute it's driving me crazy." Said Hyungwon to himself while brushing his hand over his slapped cheek, "that hurts though... Cute and brute, a tsundere maybe.. or could she be a masochist? Nahh no way, she's just resisting to keep her pride, hahaha, so cute..."

They both got ready and ate breakfast then headed to school. "Hey don't walk in the same direction as me!" Said Emrald, "are you being serious? We go to the same school so my school is that way too oh and news flash we're in the same class too so I'm gonna have to take the same direction miss Kaizen. " said Hyungwon with a smile on his face. "Ughhhhhh you make me mad!" Snapped Emrald, Hyungwon then grabbed her hand and made her face him, he then said "you make me mad too." As Emrald looked into his eyes, she blushed, his voice sounded like a soft lullaby to her, she wondered why she was having those thoughts about him and why does her heart pound so much whenever he touches her or looks at her in her eyes. Hyungwon leaned forward and drew his face close to hers, then whispered in her ear "let's walk to school together from now on, it'll be a peaceful win-win situation for both of us, remember?" Emrald just nodded to say yes as she was feeling slightly dizzy because she felt heat rising to her head, then Hyungwon moved away from her to let her breathe and thought 'She might be into me? Maybe not, maybe it's her first time being close to a guy so her hormones are being heated up? Well I'll let her cool down and breathe for now but I'll heat her hormones up again soon, this is fun, she's too cute and I am reaching my limits...'

That day Hyungwon didn't approach her at school, he had decided to let her breathe and give her some space while allowing himself to breathe as well. After school, Hyungwon followed Emrald to the library, they were both studying, they didn't see the time pass, none of them exchanged a word and kept on studying, it was already 7:30 pm. They packed their stuff, Emrald went to put the books she borrowed back to their shelves, it was peaceful when someone suddenly pushed her against one of the bookshelves, it was Hyungwon, she was shocked. His eyes looked fierce like that of a hungry beast 'wow why does he look so sexy?' thought Emrald and then cursed herself for thinking that. She finally managed to say "w...wha...what do you want? You're scaring me...", Hyungwon then said "I'm tired, I'm very tired, how long will you make me suffer like this until you're satisfied?"
"What? What have I done so wrong to you?" Asked Emrald confused, "as if you don't know...Emrald I'm reaching my limits please forgive me, I...." Replied Hyungwon, he didn't finish his sentence and leaned forward, rested his head on Emrald's shoulders. Emrald was very confused and didn't know what to do. "Th... I'm really thirsty and hungry, let's go get something to drink, I want water..." Said Hyungwon, Emrald sighed and wrapped her arms round him to comfort him, but she felt comfortable too, she then said "you could've told me or gone buy a bottle of cold water at the school cafeteria, oh yeah it's closed, let's go to a nearby grocery store then, fear not Hyungwon sir, I will get you cold water."

"Aaahhh, that was refreshing" exclaimed Hyungwon after finishing a litre of cold water.
"Happy now? Aigoo what to do with you, aish!" Said Emrald. "Haha thanks" said Hyungwon with a wide grin, that made Emrald chuckle, "what are you? A seven year old child or something, what's there to be so happy about some cold water?" Asked Emrald.
"On the contrary my dear Emrald, the answer is elementary, Water is the source of life and I was extremely thirsty, and water is so refreshing, I love it so much as well especially cold water, so nice, thanks a lot Ems!" Said Hyungwon, Emrald chuckled again and they kept talking while heading back home.

Back home Hyungwon drank more and more water, 'ugh I felt heat rising when she's near, or do I have a cold? Ah anyway I love drinking a lot of water, besides it's so hot I'm melting!' thought Hyungwon, he then took a bath and went back to the room he's sharing with Emrald, he stayed there shirtless, reading a book and turned on the fan. "What the hell? Are you crazy being naked infront of a girl in her room? Have you no shame??" Yelled Emrald, throwing a book on Hyungwon's head, Hyungwon slightly annoyed got up and walked closer to her and said "I already told you this, but this isn't the first time you see me shirtless so your reaction is a bit overboard, as you can see I'm sweating and it's so hot, get me some cold water please."

"Is he sweating, why is his sweat so shiny, he has nice broad shoulders too, and a nice chest it's shiny cause of the sweat, ugh oh my god what am I thinking, you crazy idiot Emrald, stupid, stupid, stupid, stuuuuupid!"
"Err ...I heard everything you know, so you think I'm attractive huh?" Asked Hyungwon
"Huh? Did I think I mean say all that out loud?" Asked Emrald shocked, "yes you did" answered Hyungwon with a smirk, Emrald then said sorry and hid her face with both hands, she was dying of embarrassment.

"There's no need to be embarrassed, I'm putting on some clothes, open your eyes now." Said Hyungwon but Emrald won't budge, he sighed and walked up to her, forcefully removed her hands from her face but she was still out of it. "You leave me with no other choice, don't blame me later." Said Hyungwon, he then leaned forward and kissed her, it was surprisingly a long and passionate kiss, Emrald's body couldn't lie, she liked him, she can say the opposite but she likes him, it will take time for her to accept her own feelings, Hyungwon then whispered in her ears " 사랑해 (saranghae)" which means " I love you"
