Chapter Ten

The next day

1:00 pm

Knuckles Pov

I can't sleep,knowing who ever hurt Rouge and took Shadow is still out there,and I can't help but feel like Sally is a part of this some how,even if I don't want to believe it she has been acting weird and I can't ignore that.Just then I heard the door bell ring so I went down stairs and opened the door to see Amy.

Knuckles: Hey Amy what's up?

Amy: I need to talk to you..

Knuckles: Alright common in..

I said as I let her step in and closed the door behind me,Amy walked over to the couch an sat down.

Knuckles: Need anything to drink?

Amy: No thanks..

Knuckles: Ok I'll join you in a minute

I said as I walked into the kitchen to get something to drink,I'm so fucking tired..I thought to myself as I put coffe in the coffe maker.I then heard a sound come from dinning room,I went to the room to check what the sound was,I walked Into the room to find one of Rouge's flower pouts broken,then I felt a sharp pain in my back like somthing was sticking in my back,I turned my head to see the stranger with a black hood on,I started falling to my knees my eyes starting to close.

Amy Pov 

Amy: Knuckles are you done in there?

Amy: Knuckles?

I said as I walked into the kitchen but he wasn't there,I then heard something hit the floor in the dinning room,I walked Into the room to find Knuckles on the floor in a pool of blood.

Amy: Knuckles!

I screamed as I went to him trying to stop the bleeding,I then heard someone open the front door,it was Sally she looked at me in shock.

Amy: Sally your here,help me!

Sally: W-What did you do..?

Amy: Nothing it wasn't me who did this!

Sally: But your covered in his blood..

I looked at my hands and turned my head back to her,her phone now in her hand as I heard her call the police,it wasn't me I didn't do this.

Amy: Sally plz I didn't do this!

Sally: ...

I started to cry as I heard the police cars come,I wanted to run but I knew they would believe I did this to him,but I didn't so I just sat there on my knees as the police came in the house.

Sonic Pov

Meanwhile with Sonic and his family

Manic: Guys I think we should have the police help us because Shadow's going to be dead by the time we find him...if we ever do..

Sonic: But would it change anything..?

Sonia: Sonic Manic's right we need to go to the police it's our only shout..

They had a point we couldn't do this alone and we didn't have any other ideas or ways to find Shadow,I nob in a agreement,but then my phone rang,It was Sally she tolled us to met her at the police station.The news I heard shocked me I could believe what Sally tolled me on the way there on the phone,I didn't want to believe it...
