Chapter Nineteen

Sonic Pov

When Manic came in the room.I was annoyed at first..until I saw the worry in his eyes.I looked at him with my own worry.

Sonic: Manic..what's wrong?

Manic: ...I-it's Sally..

My eyes widened...he didn't mean she got out of prison..there's no way she.I was hoping this wasn't the case and this was just some cruel joke.I looked at Shadow and he looked as shocked as I did,if she did get out..how did she?

Sonic: Please tell me you don't mean she..

Manic: She did...

Shadow: How long as she been out..?

Manic: Two days..

Sonic: ...

Manic: The police are down stairs...Mom and Dad tolled me to get you two..

Shadow: Alright..

Sonic: ...

My body..why am I so scared?

Sonic?

Sonic: H-Huh..?

Manic: Are you ok..?

Sonic: Yep I'm fine!

Manic: ...

I said as I followed Shadow out of my room and downstairs,Manic followed as we soon made it downstairs and I could see the police talking to my parents,while Sonia was on the couch with mug in her hands.I walked over to the couch as I saw Shadow go for the couch as well,while Manic walked over to our parents and the police.I sat down next to Sonia and looked at her,she seemed to be lost in space..I tapped her as she snapped out of it and looked at me.

Sonic: Are you ok Sonia..?

Sonia: ...No not really..

Shadow: ...

Sonia: Why?why did she have to get out...?

Sonia: Everything was getting back to normal..

Sonic: ...

Sonic! Shadow!

I looked over to the front door and saw that Mom was calling me and Shadow over,so I got off the couch.And so did Shadow as we walked over to the front door.

Sonic: Hey,Mom you called us right?

Aleena: Yes..

Jules: ...

Shadow: Was Sally found..?

Officer 1: No,we haven't found them yet

Shadow: Them?who's them?

Officer 2: She didn't escape by herself...she was helped by a gang of thieves 

Sonic: What..?!

Officer 1: That's why we're here..to pick you two up

Shadow: Why are you two here for us?!

Shadow: Shouldn't you be looking for her?!

Jules: Shadow calm down!

Shadow: ...

Officer 1: We need to take you away for awhile until we find her and the gang

Sonic: But why I mean,I know she's out and all but why do we-

Officer 2: Because now that she's out..she'll be coming to kill you both..that's why you can't stay here

Officer 1: Not just for you two's safety but your family and friends as well..

Sonic: Your right..

Shadow: So how soon do we have to leave..?

Officer 1: I'm afraid as soon as possible..

Sonic: Ok..

Ten minutes later

After I packed my clothes,I ran down stairs and saw Shadow with his stuff.I turned to my family and gave them a big hug.I didn't want to leave but,it was safer this way for me and Shadow and the others.Yet I'm upset I can't say goodbye to my friends..As I waved my family goodbye and got into the police car with Shadow,the car was started and we drove away.

Sally: Thanks for the help~

????: Of course~

???: Are you two done..?

Sally: ...

????: No..

???: Look,I did what you wanted me to do..so?

????: So what..?

???: Where's the money?!

Sally sighed in annous as she played with her Nife.

Sally: Why did you have to ask this bitch instead of Rick..at least he's more quiet then this bitch?!

?????: Look would you all shut the fuck up I'm trying to sleep!

Sally: Excuse me?!

???: *mind* Where's my money..?-_-
