What song should I put for this chapter?
-Not Edited-
Recap: Once I finally tiptoe around the corner I see a woman banging on the cellar door. A woman with long blonde hair that falls in the most beautiful curls down her back. Her green eyes that hold her worst fears yet all her love.
And a face that belongs to my family.
"Faith" I whisper.
—————————————————————
Loyal's POVThe definition of Faith is complete trust or confidence in someone or something. Faith is the light that guides you through the darkness.
Faith does not make things easy it makes them possible.
More importantly, Faith is my sister.
My engaged older sister.
Her once bright blue eyes met mine as I slowly take in her damaged shaking figure. Her bloodshot eyes and reddened face.
I watch as her lips go to scream my name, but I act quick and hold my pointer finger over my own to silence her.
I slowly scan my surroundings and listen for the heavy footsteps that belong to the devil incarnates soldiers, but the halls are so quiet that you could hear a pin drop, so I put one leg in front of the other.
I fish through the ring of keys until I find one that matches the pattern of her lock, and as soon as I find the right one I stick it inside and turn it ever so slowly until the door pops open.
Finally.
Before I can even blink Faith has her arms wrapped around me, and her head tucked into my neck.
We don't share a single word. We don't make a single movement. Instead, we choose to just be in this moment.
Without the worry of someone popping up or the scare of my father and Jake pulling us apart, we just focus on us and us only.
The power of sisters is unbelievable.

"I can't believe what a beautiful, strong woman you've grown to become" Faith proudly announces with a smile that would make millions fall to her feet."I'm so sorry that I wasn't there to help you grow up, to protect you from everything that was going on in the house-" she sadly states, as her smile falters.
"I'm sorry I wasn't there for you when you needed me the most" she finishes with teary eyes.
"It's not your fault Faith. I was the one that ran after an older guy without a second glance behind me. Without even taking into consideration to what I was leaving behind" I smile with remorse, as I rest a comforting hand on top of hers.
"But I didn't run after you. You're my baby sister, and I didn't run after you" she cries with the guilt that must have been eating her up inside.
I can't believe my mistakes have affected everyone around me this much?
I'm such a horrible person.
Yeah, no shit Sherlock.
I can't let her die in this situation because of me.
"We need to get out of here" I state seriously.
Just as I go to get off the cot Faith has been supposedly sleeping on, she pulls my arm, "Wait, how's Hope?" she ponders.
"Hope is six years old and about to be seven, now if you want to be alive to see her age to the next number we need to go" I smile, and urge her to get her butt up so we can get out of this alive.
